I love my CHIME checking account, sometimes I need a little extra before paydays and with SPOTME I can get the things I need without worrying about paying XTRA for overdraft! The best part is that my SPOTME limit has increased over the years of having my Direct Deposit Account!

I had doubts about chime and almost routed my social security payments somewhere else ..But one day I looked at my account and noticed they offered a credit building card that said by paying monthly bills I already pay would help build my credit ,in just 6 months my credit score has already went up 62 points which I think is incredible.Plus chime gives me a 400 dollar credit limit every month on top of 50 bucks I can overdraw with no penalty ..Beyond what I just said ,chime gave me a 400 dollar bank loan to be paid back in 3 payments of 140 bucks which means I only payed back 20 dollars in interest..There is no better bank than chime and no one has any influence on me saying that ..I hope chime is around until the day I die because they have made my life easier as far as finances go ,Thank you chime very much,y'all have been a blessing in my life

My customer service representatives names was Jamie and she was amazing 10 out of 10 customer service very patient kind. She’s the word humbly, which is a good representation of your company. She is a positive aspect of it. This woman deserves a raise.

I’ve been using Chime for two years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Although I’ve never needed to contact customer service and can’t speak to that aspect, the app itself has been nothing short of amazing. One of the standout features is getting my paycheck two days earlier than most people - a game-changer for managing finances.

Additionally, the MyPay paycheck advance feature and the free SpotMe overdraft protection have been true lifesavers in tight situations. Overall, Chime offers a reliable and convenient banking experience that I highly recommend.

I've now been a Chime Customer for over 6 years, since the beginning. I've watched Chime evolve over the years into an amazing online banking business. I stand by Chime, still to this day. They have my back and have bailed me out some tight spots more than once with the Spot Me and My Pay options. The more direct deposit you have linked to your Chime account, the more awesome benefits. I've never had a shady, or negative experience with Chime, in all these years as a customer.
