Ease of use - accessing on my phone on the go is very important. AI is fantastic for wriing emails or campaigns, or texting leads.
Wish there were more specific items I could choose such as 2 car garage, or other very specific items.
Upload all your data base and spend some time setting up in CRM.
Keeping in touch with past and current customers
Lofty was extremely knowledgable and helpful in assisting me in my website troubles. One of my favorite features is the FREE AI text check in ideas for clients. That is really helpful for me. I also love that the app is easy to use, and I can add to phone contacts with a click of a button.
I don't not like anything about Lofty...
They are helping me solve my problem with consistency. I am able to check in easily on clients, see what stages they are in etc.
I like that the follow up campaigns are more than just drip emails - also incorporate texts, voicemails, etc. I also like that it auto pulls in leads from many sources.
So many features - can sometimes get confusing to use in advanced ways. I also wish I could text from within Lofty using my own number vs. having to use a Lofty generated number that I don't own. Finally, I wish they would fix the issue with the Android mobile app that prevents caller ID on my cell phone from showing Lofty info. I think this works on iPhone and used to work on Android but no longer does - I was promised a fix.

Lofty is a very user friendlt platform that allows you to contact your leads as needed. This platform does an amazing job of setting up your daily tasks for each client.
Lofty does not have many down sides in my opinion. It is just a little bit rough getting started, but once you understand the platform, it is great!

I have been using Chime for numerous years and have found their CRM to be very user friendly. I also use them for my website and am pleased with the quick response of their customer service team whenever I have a question or need assistance.

Chime has helped me with time management as the drip campaigns responds to my clients in a timely fashion.
The best thing about chime is the quality of conference meetings. Even with large crowds there is no lag or delay of communications. Further, Adding groups and favourites also helps very much.
Chime only stores message history for up to 6 months. Once it is deleted there is no way we can recollect this messages. If this can be achieved or a simpler backup process can be implemented, it would be helpful.
The greates problem solved by chime is connecting with our team. Group calls and Group chats are very helpful cause I am able to connect with my team immediately in case of an emergency.
Lots of things to love about Chime. The website SEO optimization, the AI assistant, and the creative studio are all great features. I love that Chime matches our CRM fields exactly. So CMAs and Market Snapshots are as good if not better than MLS provides. Our account management
Onboarding was difficult and support is spotty at best. Ultimately we had to change our onboarding specialist. He seemed to lack knowledge and did not build excitement with the agents. We are very happy with our new account manager. In addition, we were told by our sales rep over and over that the website design/implementation was easy. Unfortunately, that was not the case and we had to hire a consultant to fix the site. So there was an extra cost. This may be because of our site requirements but it is something to be aware of as the support for website management is not very good.
Support has also been an issue. Several of the reps I have talked to don't seem to have the knowledge to answer the question correctly. I had several instances of wrong answers given. In addition, it takes them forever to respond unless you ask the most basic question.
Our prior CRM was not adopted by our agents. Chime training and rollout got the agents excited about using it. Adoption rates are much higher.
Innovative, easy-to-navigate CRM architecture with IDX integration plus transaction management, document storage, CMA, direct mail, and several APIs make this the best CRM available in the marketplace. And hopefully, e-signing capabilities coming later this year will make this program the most comprehensible product thereby streamlining the number of products needed to operate my business.
This is a difficult question and happy to report that I have nothing to say here. I think there are some improvements to be made with regards to transaction management but I am told those are in the mix for the fture and are in development.
Definitely move forward and take the time to learn and understand how to tailor the product to your specific business. It will be worth your time.
Using fewer programs makes my operation efficient with fewer redundancies. The AI bot has been absolutely an amazing time saver. Training is less time-consuming and available online, through ongoing webinars / extensive video library, and also by phone support. Makes it easy to accommodate our busy schedules.
I love how intuitive the features are for real estate agents. I do not have much experience with real estate as it is not my profession, but it is still straightforward to use, and the number of features is impressive.
One thing is that I wish there were a page to obtain more information about a client on the website. For example, they can fill out the questionnaire before contacting us, but that only is available to answer after registering. I think a user should be able to fill it out later if they access their user profile. That way, if there are any updates or mistakes, they can add them in. So, while the questionnaire may include the more critical questions, they can also visit the complete set as a section in details, like if they have pets.
Chime allows us to organize leads much easier while skipping the time of filtering through unwanted or bad leads that may not lead to any progress. While at the same time allowing us to foster the bad leads into potential clients in the future through smart plans.
