I love that Chili Piper links to each Sales Force lead and that you can customize the email attached to the booking link.

I wish that Chili Piper would change the timezone based on the area you have selected.

I do not currently know any problems that Chili Piper is solving.

How simple it is for my client to book time on my calendar which gives ME more oppurtunity to succeed. Many sales teams/oganizations could benefit with Chili Piper.

Im not sure if there any for me personally so keep doing it big!

Distro doesn't have as many native integrations as stand alone lead routing products but for he platform value it cannot be beat.

Able to vastly improve our speed to lead and fix our leaky pipe from inbound marketing to sales.

I can go back and listen to my calls and product demos to see what I can improve on and see if I missed something the customer said to close the sale.

I am new to using it just 3 months so I am not an expert of scripts, setting which type of email to send for the different demos I set up. Example if it is a demo or a follow up call.

I never miss a meeting or follow up. Sync's to my calendar. Great way to track all events.

it's really hard to find, the only thing I can think of is that you can get lost from all the options in the platform

We can run a proper round robin between our AE's, both from outbound and inbound sources

Chili Piper is smart, easy to implement and impacts our business even when we're closed for the night. With Chili Piper, I'm confident that demos booked on our website are properly routed and will convert better than our previous methods.

So far, I like everything about the product. I think the only thing on my wishlist is to be able to copy routers instead of having to make a new one every time.

Before Chili Piper, my company had an outdated method of booking inbound leads. We would send an email to our SDRs and they would call "dibs" in Slack. They would then call the lead during business hours. For the prospect, this was a tough experience. They came to our site looking for a demo and got a cold call instead. For our team, it meant that anyone who came inbound after 5pm or on the weekend would probably have moved on, forgotten or gotten frustrated with us by the time an SDR would be able to reach out. With Chili Piper, prospects can book their meeting with us in less than 30 seconds. It's changed the game!

I don't need to coordinate with others. Scheduling a meeting with me can be done within seconds.

When I block time on my calendar for studying or personal reasons, it looks like I am unavailable which affects my IBs.

Anybody can easily looking into my calendar and schedule a meet with me. It removes hours of work routing leads manually.

I currently help over see my conpany's G2 profile and I love that Chili piper integrates with G2. The ease of set up and use was fantastic. It has been a game changer!

I haven't encountered anything that I dislike.

Specifically with my role, chili piper allows visitors to our G2 profile to request and schedule a demo directly from the site without being redirected to an outside landing page. It has helped increase the number of requested meetings.

Chili Piper offers a really simple and intuitive UI to easily book meetings.

Their web and in-app UI looks great but when imbedding a few booking time options within the field of an email the overall look isn't the greatest.

The problem that is solved with CP is it makes it incredibly easy for a prospect to book time on my calendar. For internal purposes, I can deal with any UI but it's very important to have something incredibly easy to use when you are in sales and want no hiccups with a prospect trying to book time with you.

We have had two specialists with Chili Piper, and they have been absolutely amazing. Whenever we need something, all I have to do is reach out to Andrew, who is right on it. At times, it feels like we are their only client. The tool is easy to use and powerful.

So far, there is nothing that I don't like.
