I really like being able to complete tasks from the dashboard without having to go to the family hub. I like being about to filter families from the dashboard without having to go to the reporting area. I like that reports can be exported as Excel sheets. Our representative is always helping us connect with the development team. It is an easy program to be in throughout the day, every day.
I can't sort a task by date. There are only past, today, and future. Sometimes I just want to work ahead on tomorrow's tasks. I would like to be able to see the child's age from the action tab for task completion. I would like to be able to select and complete bulk actions from the dashboard. I would like text templates to be available in the messaging area. Currently, you must go to the family hub to send a text template.
Continued communication with our target audience for enrollment. Documentation of actions taken with current and previous leads. Automating points of contact for continued engagement.
The user friendly platform allows me to work smarter and not harder. I love the fact that I can access everything I need with one click. I wish I would have know about this sooner.
There is much I dislike about LineLeader. The only thing I would change is to have access to both Manage and Enroll so I don't have to toggle back and forth.
I am able to track leads, run reports, register and enroll children with the click of a button. The automation of our registration saves me time. I don't have to collect payments becuase parents have the ability to pay on thier own. This has overall been a great investment for our school.
What is most helpful is that it is easy to follow up with leads and keeps you organized regarding all aspects of lead management.
There isn't anything about it that I dislike.
It is simply keeping me organized and on time with my follow up calls which means that nobody gets forgotten and I have a higher close rate.
ChildcareCRM makes it so easy to keep track of inquiries and build a relationship with new customers by setting reminders and tasks to follow up and keep in contact with them.
So far there has not been any big issues-ChildcareCRM is always very helpful when we have questions.

At this time, I cannot think of anything I dislike about LineLeader. Growing Pains are temporary and I'm sure once everyone is fully loaded into their optimized accounts, we'll have smooth sailing like we've always had.
Having a single sign-on for the most important applications is the deciding factor in the use of any platform. But the customer service and affordability of the platform make it a no-brainer. Who doesn't want the ability to manage their expenses, parent and staff engagement within one platform that actually communicates with each area?
I am a Director of a large privately owned child care center. We have a huge waitlist and a high volume of inquiries. I would be unable to manage or keep up with all my tasks and follow-ups without LineLeader! LineLeader makes it easy to take detailed notes and be able to remember families and their specific needs.
I genuinely do not have any complaints about LineLeader. It is very efficient and helpful in my day-to-day operations.

I love that I can text and email my potential clients. It is very helpful to be able to see previous conversations as well.
I wouldn't say I dislike this feature, but I wish there was an option for me to be able to re-assign a family CARE follow-ups. Also to be able to move from registered to started for my temporary families so they don't get the care emails if it is only a day or two they are with us.
I like that I have the ability to use it as a reminder "calendar" for important things even after families are enrolled.
Everything is right there for me. I do enrollment and recruiting for 5 centers. Everything I need to contact families to teachers is all in one spot.
Nothing at this time. I feel it is a great tool.
It has made recruiting new teachers easier for us and keeps us on task to follow up. It helps with our enrollment for families to contact us directly and again keeps us on talk to follow up.
