It is very user-friendly and was easy to implement. I also appreciate that they are evolving and adding new functionalities to the product every now and then. The customer support is absolutely amazing, there are things in the security worlds tht we are lacking of technical knowledge, Cheq's team is always there to help and optimize the product with us so it fits best to our business goals.

Ans also the obvious advantage of saving us a lot of money on irrelevant traffic.

The only thing I can think of is adding a CPC to their dashboard. This way we can calculate better our exact savings.

CHEQ have been extremely helpful and patient with us when it came to integrating their platform with our advertising platforms and website despite several delays on our side. From the customer success manager to their technical support, they are always very friendly, knowleadgeable and prompt in their responses.

The platform itself is doing its job stopping a lot of malicious and invalid traffic from coming to the website and, based on the number of invalid clicks it replaced, it paid for itself in less than 12 months.

The CHEQ Paradome dashboard needs a bit of work to become more user friendly and have quicker and easier access to the most important KPIs but I know this is something they have been already working on for a while and I can't wait to see the results soon.

CHEQ Paradome has saved us thousands of pounds so far even without being fully integrated with our website and without using its full capabilities. It is currently being used for stopping malicious and invalid traffic from Google Ads and Microsoft Ads and we have seen a significant drop (80%) in IVR (invalid visit rate) since starting using them. The only thing i'd add to the platform is the ability to A/B test the impact of having CHEQ vs not. We launched CHEQ across all sites but during our peak period meaning we could not understand the impact pre/post. It'll be great to be able to say once and for all CHEQ has driven a x% lift in CTR and ConvRate.

We are currently using CHEQ to manage our click fraud across PPC. The insights break down the number of clicks saved at a campaign level and from this we are easily able to understand actually how much we have saved with CHEQ and that can be reinvested. This number is sizable and even with the cost of the platform, we're left with a good number to reinvest into PPC - that of which would have otherwise been wasted.

They main problem I have with CHEQ Paradome is that the price tag that comes with software is too high for small firms.

We can safeguard our analytics and data using CHEQ's platform, and guarantee that bogus users or bots are not interfering with out sponsored marketing. It helps us a lot to improve our marketing campaigns.

There are many positive points to report:

1) Comprehensive and very helpful service on the part of CHEQ. Every question and every challenge was answered quickly and successfully.

2.) Very good overview for the management summary.

It would be helpful to make the tool available in different languages in the future - but this is not mandatory!
