I have 1 person to contact. It is nice to not have to dial a customer service number. I just email 1 person about anything, he takes of it immediately.

I haven't found anything I dislike yet. I've been with checkwriters for almost 2 years now. They are VERY easy to deal with compared to my old payroll processor.

TAX ISSUES! My old payroll company made a mess of my taxes. Checkwriters pays the taxes for me. They are paid on time. I have not received any notifications from the tax agencies about not filing or paying the wrong amount. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER about how easy checkwriters make it for me to set up a new employee and make sure the tax deductions are correct

The customer service is great. Our team has been able to streamline our services and data management for our staff becuase of it's easy to use and intuitive platform. We are in the program daily and rely on it heavily.

The only thing that I would like to see improved is the ability for parameters to be printed on combined prior check reports. This would be helpful for documentation purposes.

Helping us to manage our employee information and to process payroll in an efficient manner. We appreciate the reporting capacities as well.

Checkwriters is a wonderful payroll and HR company with smooth, integrated modules, and a robust support base. Payroll is always a breeze, and the team there is only a call away when it isn't.

Checkwriters makes onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration a breeze. This has been especially beneficial for our company as we manage a consistent team of support staff who come on and off of work study in addition to our permanent staff. Checkwriters lets us make changes easily and independantly each pay cycle, and ensure that everyone gets to where they need to.

I know the process is done right. And always in a timely manner.

The difficulty of getting someone on the phone. I hate that "waiting queue"

They solve the problem of payroll. I never have to worry if it's done right. It is.

We used to do payroll and all reporting in house. Checkwriters does it all. I don't have to worry about any repoorting anymore.

My only "complaint" is that our account rep has changed several times sometimes leaving me not knowing who to contact with questions.

During the pandemic, Checkwriters was great at getting us all of the credits we were entitled to.

What is most helpful is you will always get someone to talk to! you don't have to leave a message and wait for someone to get back to you.

There isn't anything I dislike about Checkwriters at this time. It has been an awesome experience so far. very minor things to work out.

Having the employee fill out their paperwork before the first day of employment and tracking vacation/sick time is also very helpful

I find most helpful about Checkwriters is their willingness to always help when needed. They are almost always very prompt when I need answers to an issue or problem.

At this time, I feel like Checkwriters is having some staffing issues which could affect the workload on the current staff. Hiring & training more staff would be helpful.

I'm currently not in any need of any problems being solved by Checkwriters.

The staff are always available and extraordinarily helpful and thorough in their support.

Some of the final outcomes of information seem to make you jump through a lot of 'hoops' or screens. I have frequently not gotten the info I wanted because I've missed a check box or not known I have to use a different category.

My payroll is accurate and easy to input. I am able to easily find prior info.

All of my payroll data is contained in one place. Our account representative is knowledgeable and helpful in using the product.

Some of the reports are difficult to run. If an employee changes a department, when you run a historical report, they don't show up in thier prior department - only the new one.

I love they are local to us and are so skilled at all the payroll needs. They help me right away if I have a question about anything.

I have experienced no downsides with Checkwriters.

Checkwriters has the skills and technology to efficiently handle all our payroll and quarterly tax needs. This saves me time as a solo representative in the accounting department and the cost is very reasonable.
