Chekster makes the process of hiring a cakewalk. The marking system used by the software is very clear and accurate. The user interface is pretty simple which makes it all the way easier for the users to access all the features and use it to its full potential. While filling up the forms it highlights any missed information that is required. From the perspective of the browser, it can be easy to load the site even over a slow internet connection, which is a very good sign. The questions aren’t at random but well researched, which impacts the filtration process even more.
Even though the product is excelling in the field and kind of meeting the expectations of the company, however, the developers should do something about its inability to publish timely results. Some background checking features can also be added, however, it is less of a dislike and more of a suggestion that they might want to consider.

The Chekster software makes the whole procedure of filling up forms to evaluate the answers and finally hiring a candidate, very easy. The support system of every company is manpower. Therefore, it is needless to say that will eventually have an impact upon the company, as a whole. A company can surely face backlashes because on one employee of a specific team is just not capable enough or responsible enough, therefore it is important to be very careful while hiring a candidate and Chekster just makes the process easier, also reliable.

I like that the reference checks are in the employees' hands. The amount of effort that they put into the reference check gives you a good idea of the type of employee they will be. If they blow it off and do the bare minimum, if gives us reason to wonder if they'd be a good employee.
The one downside is that the candidates could only list people who they know will give them a good review. There's not many ways around that, but it is the only negative to the checks.
I love the question about "rehiring." Just because someone is your friend or a decent employee doesn't always mean you would rehire.

All the reference checking has now become a matter of moments. Manually doing the whole process is mostly guesswork and a time-consuming procedure. Checkster is very easy to use application and comes with a lot of useful features. Even poor internet connection does not stand a barrier, which indeed is great for remote users. It provides with accurate results, which is credible indeed. Filtering out fake candidates or multiple replies has become a lot easier. The marking system that the application uses is very precise and accurate.
What do you dislike?
Most often reports are late to be delivered. The batch view feature is also a reason for concern. To get access to features like managers and peers, at least 4 references are needed. This limits the ability of the platform.

After having a experience with this tool, It's really user friendly and easy to manage your annual performance. I never find any cons into it and really would love to refer to others.
