What do you like best?

All the reference checking has now become a matter of moments. Manually doing the whole process is mostly guesswork and a time-consuming procedure. Checkster is very easy to use application and comes with a lot of useful features. Even poor internet connection does not stand a barrier, which indeed is great for remote users. It provides with accurate results, which is credible indeed. Filtering out fake candidates or multiple replies has become a lot easier. The marking system that the application uses is very precise and accurate.

What do you dislike?

Most often reports are late to be delivered. The batch view feature is also a reason for concern. To get access to features like managers and peers, at least 4 references are needed. This limits the ability of the platform.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

After having a experience with this tool, It's really user friendly and easy to manage your annual performance. I never find any cons into it and really would love to refer to others.

Checkster is a promising application with some out-of-the-box features and great functionality. The user interface has not been made unnecessarily complicated, which enhances the user experience over the platform. This is not the case only for the admin, but also for the endpoint users as well. Accuracy has to be the best thing about the Checkster application. The marking system is easy to understand and interpret. Anonymous reports make the procedure completely unbiased. It makes the site loading process easier and effective for endpoint users.

What do you like best?

Chekster makes the process of hiring a cakewalk. The marking system used by the software is very clear and accurate. The user interface is pretty simple which makes it all the way easier for the users to access all the features and use it to its full potential. While filling up the forms it highlights any missed information that is required. From the perspective of the browser, it can be easy to load the site even over a slow internet connection, which is a very good sign. The questions aren’t at random but well researched, which impacts the filtration process even more.

What do you dislike?

Even though the product is excelling in the field and kind of meeting the expectations of the company, however, the developers should do something about its inability to publish timely results. Some background checking features can also be added, however, it is less of a dislike and more of a suggestion that they might want to consider.

This is a wonderful system. I love the ease of use and all the tools.

Sometimes while dealing with lots of candidates at the same time, it can become hectic to keep track of everything or be same level generic to every participant. The Chekster software makes the whole procedure of filling up forms to evaluate the answers and finally hiring a candidate, very easy. The support system of every company is manpower. Therefore, it is needless to say that will eventually have an impact upon the company, as a whole. A company can surely face backlashes because on one employee of a specific team is just not capable enough or responsible enough, therefore it is important to be very careful while hiring a candidate and Chekster just makes the process easier, also reliable.

The ease of the process and quick turn around - reporting information is excellent also!

What do you dislike?

Our only obstacle would be new hires with limited computer knowledge.

What do you like best?

Easy to use and no issue technically to report, time saver to say the least and that matters so much when hiring across a wide screen of applicants. Fast results and effortless movement through the hiring process

What do you dislike?

I cant think of anything I didnt like about it. Maybe more tutorials on usage. Some older members of the staff have trouble following along with the icons and verbiage

Do the research! Its a great program!

Check references so much quicker and without having to make several calls without an answer. Its like it cut the time in half for the hiring process. I also trust the information I receive and dont questions how accurate it is. My Association is sky rocketing in accurate hiring. I like knowing i dont have to spend days finding information. I like the notifications I get throughout the process

I have no negative comments at this time. It's a good tool for a fair price.

We've reduced the time it takes to gather references, the internal resources required, and the cost involved. We get more responses from references now as well, since they are comfortable with the online format.

What do you like best?

Using Checkster at work saves my colleagues and the business as a whole time in terms of doing reference checks. Checkster is a very simple yet effective tool in recruitment, both from the consultant/recruiter's perspective and also the listed referee.

What do you dislike?

Times when it shows that there is not enough data from the listed referee makes it a bit hard to discern

What do you like best?

I like that the reference checks are in the employees' hands. The amount of effort that they put into the reference check gives you a good idea of the type of employee they will be. If they blow it off and do the bare minimum, if gives us reason to wonder if they'd be a good employee.

What do you dislike?

The one downside is that the candidates could only list people who they know will give them a good review. There's not many ways around that, but it is the only negative to the checks.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I love the question about "rehiring." Just because someone is your friend or a decent employee doesn't always mean you would rehire.
