What I can highlight most is its proactivity and availability when we need something.

Less bargaining power with Visa and Master regarding the chargeback program.

Checkout is currently working with Tamara to develop a chargeback consultation platform instead of the report we receive by email, which will help the chargeback team defend these chargebacks.

What I like more about Checkout.com is the easiest way to add new Payment methods, and the following meetings and dedicated Slack channels we have with them.

One aspect that could use improvement with Checkout.com is the response time for customer support when it is not in Slack.

Checkout's offer is very competitive Good quality in reasonable price

What do you like best about checkout.com?

I am quite satisfied with the pricing of Checkout services. At the same time, autorization rates are on a really competitive level. These two factors mainly contribute to our traffic distribution structure, and Checkout being the main PSP we operate with (with the highest share of traffic) on a daily basis.

What do you dislike about checkout.com?

The support team is always quick to respond and very cooperative, also they are just nice to work with, we have good realtions in my opinion.

The panel itself is easy to navigate, modern and I can quickly find the details of the payment.

What problems is checkout.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

The implementation and integration of new features is similar to other providers, I have never received any complaints from the dev team about it.

The chargeback handling platform is also easy to use, which increases the ROI for each dispute.

The latest version changed the way refunds and chargebacks are recorded, moving their date to the date of the initial transaction (PAID) and not the effective date of the refund or chargeback.

Checkout offers great acceptance performance when processing payments. And as a PSP, this is the main thing it needs to be good at, doing so successfully.

As a business user I don't need to handle integration but I've used their different APIs for consulting transaction details or doing small actions. These APIs are straightforward to use for someone with a bit of technical knowledge without needing to be an engineer.
