Pretty easy to create surveys with. Very intuitive.
There are some bugs that should be worked out. I didn't use it as often as I should have though.
Surveying our customer base and "would be customer" it has a neat interface and is intuitive enough that not much training was needed.
CheckMarket is very intuitive and easy to use. It was very simple to customize my own survey questions.
Every once in a while the system would lag and I’d have to reload the page. Not sure if that was an issue on my end or CheckMarket’s though.

For a big team, it is sometimes difficult to get some insights on any idea, so with this platform we could prepare some questions so that the entire team can give their inputs and feel participated. Also it was great to have templates and options to distribute the survey via different channel
Customer service is the best thing about this product. Even if I don't understand something at once, I am only one call away from the solution. They are very friendly and really patient, even if I have the silliest questions!
If I want to send a mail from CheckMarket to track the survey, it may come in a spam inbox.

This service does not allow conducting surveys in order to make the best proposals or characteristics so that users can respond, it has templates, texts and colors, different tools that allow the largest attractive surveys to be carried out in order to be answered, with this we can improve areas within the company in this way to be able to advance and evolve positively with this service, it is possible to massively create and send surveys and in turn receive the general data of the responses by users very detailed and complete I like .
The tools are very detailed and complete in our opinion, each of the characteristics complements the following, so making changes or improvements must be done completely, for this reason I feel that the system has been very correct by evolving little by little, managing to innovate each tool for what I like and in the future it is improving to be more attractive.
Personally, the system has worked and we have not seen any kind of inconvenience regarding the use of the tools since they are very simple and easy, however the system can be very broad in the sense that they allow you to send, create or improve surveys by what is attractive I recommend it.
This software was definitely acquired by the company in order to be able to offer attractive responses from customers, whether negative or positive, but in order to receive a response in this way we were able to find ideas or conclusions to improve the company, whether it be the campaign, advertising or different ways to improve services, we have always had very specific results because the analysis offered by the system has been very general, so we have observed both positive and negative comments in a more synthesized response, the tools are simple and basic templates and texts are generally the key point since they improve the surveys and make it perfect.
