I recently started using Chat Simple for our website, FAq' and wow, what a game-changer! It's super user-friendly, so setting up our FAQ chatbot was a piece of cake. The custom escalation settings are a HUGE enabler in streamling workflows for certain situations.
Plus, the team behind it is incredibly supportive - they're always there to lend a hand when needed. Our team is loving it. Totally recommend it if you're looking to spruce up your customer interactions. 👍🙂
I'm doing my best to poke holes, but cannot find anything so far. Would love to upgrade with an extra seat, where I can set different types of access settings for the user in the future.

Set up was super simple, the platform is easy to navigate and the training capabilities are pretty robust. Overall the cost is a no brainer, and if you dont have an Ai chatbot like Chatsimple your missing out on potential conversions and ways to educate and engage your customers when they are on your website, which at times is your only chance.
honeslty, cant think of anything. I asked when the Chat GPT bing engine would be utilized and was told this is in a future release, look forward to that.

Chatsimple is literally so easy to set up; they could not have picked a better name for it. We added this to two of our marketing websites, set up custom Q&A, and were capturing leads within 30 minutes. Chatsimple is such a great example of how an "AI native" product can add value almost immediately to what used to be a much more complex enterprise use case.
