Chatmeter has the best support I could ask for. All success managers and troubleshooters I have worked with are all based in the US and respond within a business day, often within hours. Communication is top-notch so I always know what is going on with my listings. They are proactive in our regular meetings to ensure that hours are updated across the platforms for holidays, update on anything ongoing, and offers suggestions as needed. Love that I can see all my sites in one massive dashboard and the details on them. I can also set up groups for sites and assign them to people to manage as needed or pull reports based on those groups. Very friendly and easy to use platform. Implementation was a breeze and they had someone on your side at every step and QRGs to reference. We are an enterprise level business with over 10000 employees over 50 listings. Chatmeter was definately worth the investiment and a great partner for our business.

Chatmeter helps us keep our listings updated across the major platforms our patients use. It is very important for us to be updated across platforms to ensure that patients have the right contact information for us and correct general information about a location they are going to. Pulling reports in Chatmeter is a breeze and helps us better analyze each site's Google data and interactions.
My workplace was already using chatmeter when I started, and as soon as I got logged in and started working in it, I was impressed. I know I only use a tiny fraction of the features, but they make my life so much easier. I love the AI feature the most for replying to reviews. I can simply have the AI write a response and then go in and tweak it if need be or just click the post button. I also love the way the saved replies work, so even if we aren't using AI for a particular review, I still have plenty of wording right at my fingertips ready to go.
There honeslty hasn't been anything that I haven't liked so far. We meet with our rep regularly and she's always super fast to answer questions when anything weird pops up.
Chatmete solves a huge chunk of time waste in my job. I was not trained in reputation management, but it is an extra duty assigned to my role. I would have been completely overwhelmed and swallowed up by this task alone if we didn't have Chatmeter. Finding all our reviews in one place and using the templates and AI to get timely responses to people is invaluable. I also am working to use more features to analyze our reviews for ways we can improve or change and make customers happier. Other members of my team are using it for some of the other features like listings management, and I know it helps immensely for them, too. I love that our rep is super fast to respond and actually acts like she cares about us and our business and our roles in it. Ashleigh is wonderful!
What is most helpful about Chatmeter is the dashboard. It makes it very easy to change hours and answer questions and reviews. The monthly meetings with our account manager keep us updated with the latest improvements and answer any questions.
The least helpful about Chatmeter is up till now we have not had a downside or disliked anything about Chatmeter.

I have yet to find any major downsides to using Chatmeter. I wish they could update to Yelp, but that's more of a problem with Yelp's software.
They help us to manage a large number of listings in an efficient manner as well as act as a liason between our team and Google/Apple. This has allowed our team to spend more time focusing on the quality of our listings, rather than on trivial day-to-day listing management.
Their tools for businesses are effective, easy to understand and utilize. I'm also a big fan of their reps, who are always friendly and helpful. If I ever have any problems, I feel comfortable knowing I can contact them easily for a quick solution.
OCCASIONALLY - there are glitches with the software resulting in reviews not showing up on the list, or an infinite loading wheel. These are easily fixed with a simple page refresh and do not majorly detract from the product experience.

Since utilizing Chatmeter for our 55+ properties, I have been blown away by the customer service and continuous improvements they have made. I appreciate the connection with our reps. Courtney Olson has been on top of responses and solution seeks absolutly everything! When I am overwhelmed she and her team calm my nervers and solve the problems immediatly.
I wish it would be better intigrated with some other platforms. Perhaps having it work with Apartment Ratings and Bing? But not the end of the world. Those are not as vital for us.

We are a multi unit business making it difficult to address unit specific issues without making a costly trip to the unit to observe. Using Chatmeter gives us some much needed and convenient perspective on guest experience.
The ability to see all of our reviews/responses and search engine listing details at a glance. The ability to dive deeper into these reportings is also very helpful!
I have been working on gaining access to all of our corporate own listings on Yelp and linking them individually within Chatmeter. This has been an ongoing process and nothing about Chatmeter dissatisfies me regarding this other than it requiring an additional fee for them to have our Yelp listings added within our dashboard.
Chatmeter has solved the problem of having to manage each of our store listings individually. Being able to respond directly, with the assistance of the Reputation Pro team, is an added bonus. Their reporting features make it easy for our district manager to see common trends (keywords) in reviews, thus working with operations to faciliate potential areas of improvement.

I like that I'm able to work with representatives from Chatmeter on a regular basis. When I needed help with an issue in an emergency situation, I was able to receive assistance from a Support specialist in real-time. The last vendor we worked with for the location and reputation management would take months sometimes to respond.
It would be nice to have more options for asking customers for reviews, like text messages and email options. I am not sure what all the options are honestly.
Being able to use one vendor for all of our location listing and reputation management needs is nice. Additionally, I like to be able to the comments made on one specific social media post in Chatmeter, as well as post to Google and respond to Google Q&As.
