I like the professionalism of this great team, I offer confidence and hope to your clients, I offer an original or creative design or software for your website, to achieve the development of positive objectives in your company and attract more clients to your company or organization. . Good App and Excellent for Travel but share info to credit agency

Pros: good App, simply and easy set up, open account and use. cash back is great. Excellent for travel. I used for USA so far, shopping, cash point etc never had any problems, no charges/fee. Exchange rate is good too.

Cons:

1) Recent app interface changed, personally prefer previous design.

2) A couple issues after use it for a while, for instance, I used my PayPal (backed by my credit card) purchased an item online, subsequently I returned this item, due to returned quite late, retailer unable to refund back to my PayPal, but retailer agreed to refund to my bank account, so I gave retailer my Chase app account, then I got the refund. However, Chase app deducted cash back from my chase cash back account despite I did not get cash back in the first place as I did not pay via Chase account. However, Chase system automatically deducted when a credit in from retailer regardless initially payment was not from this account. I contacted Chase customer service who gave me cash back refund, so it resolved but it took 2 conversation with 2 agents. So if you use it on a frequent basis, you must keep an eye on it.

3) Also direct debit, standing order, fund transfer, purchase insurance, paying estate agents, solicitors etc professional service, you won't get cash back, it's probably better use other cash back cards.

4) Important!! It is a current account and saving account, recently Feb 2023, they start to sharing current info to credit agencies. They just gave out more of my information to credit agencies to make money. It's not a credit acct/card, hence lenders does not need to know, but clearly Chase does not think so, so I am leaving for this reason.
