I really like the dashboard. It brings everything we need into one page of the ChartMogul. The recent Slack integration is really awesome. I want to get graphs and forecast numbers too from ChartMogul to Slack on a daily basis. :)
We still have to manually update ChartMogul if we have made the one-off charges into the POS. I want that thing to be automated, which would be a great help, thanks in advance! :)

Always available and well designed metrics are good enough. Creating goals and follow the updates after marketing campaigns is a super-good tool.
I would just like to have more data on the mobile app. The app is really basic and doesn't show data you see from the website
I have different apps on different platforms, having a clear data of income from all the sources daily without opening each specific platform page is no time wasted. Time that I can spend on others activities like marketing and product improvements.
It's extremely easy to set up. We use Chargebee and Quickbooks. Everything flows perfectly and we get metrics that Fortune 500 companies would dream to have (and spend tons of money for). The best part is we can grow into a paid plan. It's our one-stop-shop for financial metrics. Amazing job to the team!
I can't think of anything. There were some features that I did not know existed but that's part of the fun. Adding more reporting to the mobile app would be helpful as we are always on the go.

What I like the most about ChartMogul is its ease of use. Even though the platform has evolved significantly over the last years, ChartMogul managed to maintain a clear user interface that offers a quick access to the most relevant data about the finances of our company.
There's nothing to dislike. I'd love to see ChartMogul being natively integrated with Segment (Customer Data Platform ). Slack integration with a daily, weekly, and monthly summary of primary metrics would be something that would bring more value to the tool.
We use ChartMogul to have a deep understanding of various software as a service metrics. Over-time analysis of growth and churn is the primary use case for us. It's also very useful for us to deep dive down into dat by connecting financial metrics with product-usage data.
Chartmogul is an essential analytics tool for our business, I like it simply does the job. We have our whole company on board and everyone can check our metrics, analyze churn, etc. Is there one particular thing. What I can say is I use filter to slash and dice metrics a lot, so maybe that.
There is nothing in particular. As with any software you use often, I wish they would be adding more features faster, especially around analytics. It's not like they don't, but if I was to name one thing, that would be it.
We're tracking all our main saas revenue KPIs (MRR, customer and revenue churn, Lifetime Value). We are sending a lot of our internal customer data to it about product usage, so we're able to segment those metrics based on behavior and find patterns that are crucial for strategic decisions, i.e. about our pricing.
