The Powerful All-In-One Platform for Music Industry
What I like best about Chartmetric is that it's like having a backstage pass to the entire music industry. It's not just a tool; it's a rock 'n' roll oracle. Whether you're an artist like me, a manager, or a music industry insider, Chartmetric offers you a front-row seat to the pulse of the music world. It's the ultimate amplifier for your music career or business decisions.
Honestly, there's not much to dislike about Chartmetric. It's like trying to find a bad note in a perfectly harmonious song. If I had to nitpick, I'd say that with all the incredible data and features they offer, it can be a bit overwhelming at first. But once you get the hang of it, it's like playing your favorite tune on repeat – you can't get enough. So, really, any initial learning curve is a minor inconvenience compared to the treasure trove of insights Chartmetric provides.
Chartmetric gives you the tools to make informed decisions. It's not just about staying ahead of the game; it's about redefining the game. I've used it to track our music's performance, identify trends, and even discover new opportunities.
Provides a quick snapshot of my artist's statistics across the most important platforms
I would like to be able to have better ways to compare to other related artists
Easy tracking of artist metrics
Chartmetric is a valuable tool especially if you are in a band! This helps you, the artist, gather data in an efficient manner. I use this often whenever my band has a release and this tool has been valuable ever since my first time using Chartmetric. I haven't had to use customer support but I am positive that they would be of great assistance just like their tool!
There is nothing to dislike about Chartmetric!
There are no problems that I have encountered.
Chartmetric has allowed me as a manager of both major label and indie artists to make better decisions. I can track progress with real metrics. Find other artists to collaborate with and set real goal targets using their platform.
Can't say there is much to dislike. It would be nice to be able to see SoundCloud metrics as well
Allows us to track targets in real time. Keep up with new growth and fans
Upsides include speed of being able to access certain data and do comparisons over a given period of time.
Sometimes it lags on safari. The apps interface is not as easy to use
Assisting us in tracking our marketing tactics and making adjustments on the fly
It keeps track of detailed information and engagement of my socials. I use that information to run my paid ads
Nothing. I have no complaints about using the platform
Helping me discover my the demographics of my fan base
It's up-to-date statistics and its UI. It is such a powerful tool for tracking artist's data
Sometimes, it does not show the latest chart positions for songs
It provides labels with global statistics of their artist. I believe this is a very useful tool when it comes to Music Business
Being able to see how the audience is engaging with the content through playlist additions and playlist audience is great, as well as seeing how you sit among neighboring artists
Sometimes I think maybe not enough playlists are being indexed meaning you can get a slightly truncated view of the impact of the music, which remains informative nonetheless
Being able to see how well the artist is doing and which playlists actually include their music, when additions happen
The amount of clear data is at your finger prints from all the sources an artist needs to look at.
Bugs, sources that are correct not being accepted unless Support team is flagged.
Everything is in one place. I can quickly look at an artists stats and see how they are doing overall.

All of the data is added promptly, usually faster than other services. But I think the best part about it is the processing and rankings they have, they all have a utility and they reflect ways to extract new information about artists, playlists, and trends
I think the price point is thw l ly painful thing. Given how much data they gather and process though, and the fact that their clientelle is so specific, I understand it.
Mostly it tells me if I have spent ad dollars correctly. But also a whole lot of other things about the artists we manage. It can help diferentite when we have a problem with branding between targeting and aesthetic or creative. Its very powerful if you know how to read the data
