"Great Time Saver"
What do you like best about Chargezoom?

Setup was quick and easy, it took about 5 minutes and I was all set. I liked not having to install software on my computer and that I didn't have to download all my transactions at the end of the day. One less CSV file is fine with me.

What do you dislike about Chargezoom?

Nothing to complain about, I would like to see some more CRM integrations in the future as the CRM we use was not available at this time.

What problems is Chargezoom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Real-time syncing of payments into QuickBooks, not having to do daily batch processes and reconciling is worth it. We utilized the API to connect our hosting software and have Chargezoom handle the billing and payments.
