Licensed ChargeOver several months ago for my financial/tax services firm. My time and effort on billing has dropped dramatically. Even more impressive is much faster client payments. Receivables aging dropped significantly with ChargeOver.
In general, no specific dislikes. Issues that have been encountered then to be user errors resolved by Customer Service Support.

Chargeover is easy to use and understand. Our Managers are able to complete what they need to in Chargeover without error.
Creating custom reports internally. You must reach out to Chargoever for any reporting that is not available in their canned reporting list.
Chargeover allows us to set up schedules for automatic payments based on customers' preferred dates. In the past, auto debit dates were tricky for us if a customer wanted a new debit date.
I love that ChargeOver: (1) allows for one-time and subscription invoicing, (2) syncs with QuickBooks Online, (3) automates late notices to clients, and (4) makes it easy for our clients to update their own payment info.
It's totally a "first-world problem," but I would love an integration with HubSpot Deals that allows me to automatically create one-time invoices for 50% of the total project value.
ChargeOver provides automatic subscription billing, which is lacking in QuickBooks Online, and because it automatically syncs with QuickBooks Online, we don't have to manually create QBO invoices. It also automates most of our billing-related client communications (e.g., Oops! Your invoice is overdue," "Your credit card has expired," etc.).
ChargeOver directly links with our accounting systems and payment processors. ChargeOver is SO MUCH faster than market alternatives. ChargerOver also has a ton of custom report functions.
Very little to not like about ChargeOver. Their support team is always fast and responsive with any issues we have. We've sometimes had issues with data not immediately syncing into Xero, but those kinds of issues are rare and usually solved immediately.
ChargeOver solves our invoicing creation, Dunning e-mail follow ups, and payment collection problems, as well as data synching and integration with our accounting system, Xero.
Chargeover automated our entire billing system. It is super user friendly and makes billing easy.
There is nothing about this product that I dislike.
Previously we used Quickbooks and were unable to automate invoiving and applying payments. Chargeover has done that for us as well as given us much more functionality that we did not have before.
I really appreciate how easy it is to find anything that I am looking for within ChargeOver. I also appreciate how helpful and responsive their support team is. They do not keep you waiting for long and they are so thorough in the information they give you.
The biggest issue we currently have is with refunds. They do not usually update automatically if something is refunded outside of us initiating the refund. They have been working on this area though, so I'm sure it will continue to improve over time.
As stated before, they are working continuously to improve their trouble areas. Their biggest one currently is the refunds, but they are working on it. We have been able to standardize most of our invoicing and pull it out of Quickbooks into a much more user friendly version.
The Customization options ensures it works for the unique requirements of our business.
The back-end can feel clunky, and we have a hard time pulling the reports we want.

The team listens to suggestions and is very proactive about them. I also like all the available options to set up multiple environments, including tests and simulated operations. From a developer and integrator POV, it is very feature-rich, flexible, and easy to implement.
Some documentation may need minor polishing, especially when describing inputs and outputs. Fortunately, the API is intuitive enough that you can figure out your questions by running a few tests.
It has a markup that better adjusts to our pricing strategy. It also has the flexibility to accommodate our pricing levels and allows us to incorporate features such as discount coupons for our customers
It's customizable to your company's needs, user-friendly, and I've never had a glitch problem.
I honestly can't think of any complaints about this software.
It's all-in-one software; there is nothing you have to do manually. You can depend on the billing cycles to be accurate. There are many filters to sort out overdue customers, etc. I love the simplicity of adding late fees and changing an invoice.

Absolutely amazing, I have completely fallen in love with ChargeOver. CO helps me integrate my 4 payment processor and makes account receivables a breeze. The folks at CO support are amazing, they get back to my every question (quickly too).
Design could use a little work, but overall it is very cohesive.
This saves so much time as we use 3-4 payment processors for different clients and CO makes it so easy to aggregate and handle.
