"Great Chat App & tool for increased engagement with clients/customers."
What do you like best about Chaport?

Easy to integrate to use almost immediately. Chaport's UI looks and works like a usual chat app and operators could easily just use it seamlessly.

One other smart thing is how we get to view each users chat history all in one place to know how to track issues from their previous issues and reponses, which make it more organized for us to serve them better.

What do you dislike about Chaport?

Not an issue. It could be a bit less in price but still a better price with the features it already has.

What problems is Chaport solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a need to get feedbacks from visitors, help answer their questions, and also get to engage on real time when the need arises. Using Chaport has made that even mre than possible and even made it better for our team.

What do you like best?

Easy to install on my website. Good Support that helps to adjust the details.

What do you dislike?

The triggering logic for auto-invitations is somewhat simple. You can't combine "and" + "or" condition

The adaptability of the graphics (logo, etc) is limited. Anyway, I like it the way it is.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Perfect for a small business that will grow later

"Super easy to integrate, full customization, great support"
What do you like best?

Chaport was incredibly easy to integrate on my site. The configuration options are better than other chat widgets I've tried. They have a really generous free tier perfect for solo-founders.

I couldn't figure out how to change the first auto-sent message so I reached out to support and they helped me within five minutes and I was able to do what I wanted.

What do you dislike?

Some of the UX could be improved. There was an 'i' icon which generally means an information tooltip, but it was really the edit button. This was what I reached out to support about. I suggested they change it and they were super friendly about it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Live chat with visitors on my website. I just installed it today so no real benefit yet other than what I think I'll get from having live chat.

"amazing service, helps you increase your conversion rate"
What do you like best?

ease of use, optimized for mobiles, they have app for smart phones, auto pop-ups prompting visitors to write their question, you can pre-save replies etc. it increases very much your probability of conversion, which is great for ecommerce

What do you dislike?

I struggled quite a lot to get the standalone mobile app working - even if I set myself to online, it won´t always do the job.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

helping visitors answer their questions, remove objections if they have any, increase trustworthiness and thus overal conversion rate goes up

What do you like best?

Ease of use. Simplicity is sometimes underrated, there is no need to over complicate this. Integrations simple and straightforward.

What do you dislike?

Not a lot as yet. I have been using for 10 days and I cannot see anything that I do not like

Customer enquiries asking about products, which has already led to sales. Reassurance that the product is what they are looking for.

What do you like best?

Chaport is easy to use with a beautiful chat widget. I love the fact that the API allows further customization and that we can pull user details within our app.

What do you dislike?

Just one small issue: Users have to create their own saved replies, and it can not be added by the admin for all users. Although, not a big deal.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Pricing is based on the number of operators that can be online simultaneously, which makes it even more affordable.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We offer in-app chat support for all customers within our property management system which is used by 2,400+ properties. The chat is so much more effiicient than tradionell phone support.
