Channeltivity is full-featured and very customizable. Their cost-effective pricing and transparency in the procurement process made it easy for us to budget and make the move. Our Channeltivity team provided best-in-class technical assistance during our migration and continue to do so today, responding to technical questions and feature requests many times in only a few hours
Some feature enhancements we would like to see in the platform include adding the ability for internal user groups to approve and impersonate users in organizations to which they are assigned.

Channeltivity gives our Partners a one-stop place where they can register deals, access collateral, view our sales playbook, and understand our value proposition and solution that we offer. This allows them to focus more on selling their own value and services with how we best fit into their suite / offering.
It does really help in ease of productivity and building relationship with partners, the amount of flexibility which exists within the app is so resourceful. Also my experience with support team is nothing less than 5 star service. I had worked with couple of them for setting up our company's SSO and the engineer was very knowledged and knows his stuff. Over all i am satisifed with channeltivity and i would recommend this to everybody out there.

A lot in fact we as a company deal with thousands of clients directly and by using channeltivity it's even better and easy to use. Over all our performance has increased too .
The platform is very user-friendly. Our team was able to set up several modules, including training and certifications, marketing co-branding, a full collateral library, managing and tracking MDF, and deal registration tied into SalesForce. Changing out featured content on the home page is pretty simple. We are also able to separate content for different organizations and users.
We would have liked to see the ability to embed an events calendar and to have more flexibility in organizing types of assets for campaigns (for example, placing rich media text instead of uploading a Word doc when providing email templates for our partners). I would like the ability to drag and drop folder content - some sections in the training/certification section are limited to alphabetical organization.
Deal registration, managing MDF requests and approvals, co-branding content for partners, and offering a streamlined platform for us to communicate and support our partner community. Since we've been a customer, the platform has continued to improve and offer new features (like email!) that our team has been eager to take advantage of.

Channeltivity is easy to use and offers a lot of functionality for a very fair price. It is a simple system and gives us all of the basics to manage our partner relationships.
It has bare-bones SalesForce integration. But for our company, that integration has proven to be enough. We have over 1000 partners in the system, 125 of those are active partners. We are able to move opportunities from Channeltivty into Salesforce and then our Salesforce version becomes the system of record.
The main reason we bought Channeltivity was to manage opportunities that partners bring to us. But now we use it as our main entry point for partners. They sign their partner agreements through the portal, they request training, exams and software licenses through the portal, they receive rich product content for their own sales and marketing, they request MDF through the portal, and soon we will distribute marketing leads to our partners via the portal. We have written a lot of custom code to make all of this functionality work - but if you have a staff engineer who knows HTML and javascript, the Channeltivity API makes customization very easy.
After reviewing all of the other major platforms, Channeltivity gave us the most bang for the buck. The Channeltivity sales representative was very helpful in getting us everything we needed to get a working demo/sandbox going. The support staff was also incredibly generous in helping us along the way. We've been using Channeltivvity for more than two years now and we have no complaints!
It doesn't have all of the bells and whistles other platforms might have, but frankly, we don't need those bells and whistles. Occasionally, there are problems, but the support team is lightning-quick in resolving our issues.
Channeltivity allows us to have meaningful engagement with our partner and reseller community. Our partners quickly learned that we have a wealth of information, easily accessible, all in one place.
I've brought Channeltivity in as the PRM at two different companies, and would do so again if I ever change jobs. Can't speak too highly of the intuitive nature of the platform and the superb customer support post-sale. The platform is highly robust, and yet so easy to implement. No IT involvement required, everything is point and click. It's extremely flexible - we have a very quickly growing distribution channel and have been able to quick and easily update our settings for implementing a Tiered partner program as well as changes to sales territories and managers. I brought the platform in initially as Administrator and have since moved to Executive Sponsor role - handoff was seamless. Recommend!

When I was heading up partner operations at mParticle, Channeltivity was our top choice for a PRM. It was affordable and had all the features we wanted (MDFs, joint business planning, deal reg, comprehensive training that could even link out to an LMS). With our salesforce admin, I was able to set up Channeltivity and start realizing value in a week. I could make virtually any admin changes on my own, and Channeltivity's incredible support team was there to answer any questions I had in record time. Highly recommend!
They've since made updates to include a To-Partner email marketing module, but originally it was lacking a few features we wanted to use to encourage partner usage and adoption.
Channeltivity streamlined new partner intake and approval, partner certifications, MDFs, and deal reg. It also synced with our Salesforce, which made deal transition to our reps way faster and easier.
