What do you like best about Channels?

Channels is a communication software responsible to comprehend live streaming and transmission across networking. The whole system is channelized with high-quality detail to get a comprehensive idea for business development. The business detail becomes the actual part of the live streaming with its strong strategies. Everything is smooth and clear while initializing this application. The featured conversation is also the part of this application and we can experience the live streaming without any interruption.

What do you dislike about Channels?

The application works with strong and powerful networking across the system. So, your system must have the good quality of the internet for using this application otherwise there would be an interruption in its features and you won’t have its qualities at fullest.

What problems is Channels solving and how is that benefiting you?

Chennels is an incredible application in bringing the change to the physical and virtual development of our company. We are using this application for many years and we don’t find it difficult to use. The 24-hours service very authenticates to comprehend with a detailed review. We can use its management ability to empower business ventures. The live streaming ability is some extra and commendable property that is associated with this application.

What do you like best about Channels?

CrazyCall has offered us nice solutions for those teams that were looking for advanced marker software and that we had obsolete archives in our warehouses, thanks to this great update we obtained an advanced marker to generate potential customers, we used a theft marker and our sales teams have Generated countless quotes for sales.

What do you dislike about Channels?

When we bought it we had to be in the whole launching phase and that took us a lot of time but they improved to 1000% the tools they provided and the service, in turn, improved drastically.

What problems is Channels solving and how is that benefiting you?

In general we can have and maintain a complete gas pipeline thanks to them as we improve our sales team and undoubtedly increase our potential customers.

What do you like best about Channels?

Its general configuration is amazing, we have all the tools to manage all levels in terms of our campaigns with users. An exceptional service with the latest integrated email functionality.

What do you dislike about Channels?

The only thing I still do not like is the entry of functionality that is not 100% developed, neither are social networks integrated and it is a huge flaw.

What problems is Channels solving and how is that benefiting you?

In general, we completely solve the lack of communication in our department, thanks to Crazycall we have excellent functions in the company.

CrazyCall will keep you from missing any opportunity to improve your performance. It’s amazing! We’ve been using CrazyCall for a while now and are exactly as excited (or even more) to be working with it as when we started. Highly recommend!

What do you like best about Channels?

Channels is a software that has really made it applicable for us to get the best CRM (Customer Relationship Management )solution. We have used bundles of software so far but were never as satisfied as we are by using channels. It has enabled us in doing our business with more professionalism with its variety of features which basically includes data security, schedule making, and organization of various appointments, and also aided us in managing the automated workflow. Considering all this I can say that it helped us a lot in boosting our business with its practical CRM solutions.

What do you dislike about Channels?

With my mediocre business, It was really expensive for us. So I think they should decrease its price so everyone no matter if someone belongs to small, medium or large scale businesses, can be equally benefited from it.

What problems is Channels solving and how is that benefiting you?

According to me, the points I have mentioned above are 1/4th part of how much I am benefitted from it. It is a wonderful software with a variety of features that resulted in boosting our business. I have found it as a complete and perfect Software which gives 100% practical solutions to manage a business.With Channels, we can not only keep an eye on our business progress but can also consider the key performance indicator (KPI). What do you like best about Channels?

The platform is easy to manage, the sound quality is very good and the features and functionalities, although they are a work in progress, are enriched every month. In addition to that the support team has shown that it is striving to meet requests related to standard functions. If you are focused on the output and are looking for a cloud-based sound solution you would definitely consider CrazyCal the experience was very positive from the presale part and improved problem or question is addressed very easily and efficiently by the support team.

What do you dislike about Channels?

Sometimes the download of information from the cloud is slow, it is not a great obstacle to exploiting the capabilities of this service the CrazyCall support is taking good care of the customers so that each ticket is repaired in an incredible time with the rate of Highest customer service. I would never change this soft for any this application is exceptional and they are very quick to help easily manage sales.

Recommendations to others considering Channels:

The application is growing rapidly giving users all the functions they need and ask, it seems that each part of the application is designed with caution about the functionality so each function you find will help you make cold calls, monitor them, accommodate my team and measure their performance. CrazyCall API helped me synchronize the information collected with my CRM systems and automatically transfer information about each agreement.

It is a fairly easy application to use and as you get involved with it, your knowledge therefore increases your speed when working on it has a very good sound quality, in a job where calls are endless crazyCall has been very useful to power record calls in an orderly manner, to track the cases we have in favor and negatively this application has managed to improve our performance and increase our quality of service. Crazy Call offers an excellent solution for teams looking for advanced dialer software to generate leads.
