What do you like best about ChannelOnline?

Channel online empowers VARS to have a streamline of the sale cycle. It's quick and easy and I enjoy using it. I highly recommend it for anything looking for something like this.

What do you dislike about ChannelOnline?

I don't have any thing that I dislike about channel online. I haven't had any issues or anything I would say would stop me from using it. I highly recommend it .

What problems is ChannelOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customer management, purchasing, business document workflow, e-commerce store site, supplier manager and real-time pricing and availability, dashboard and reports

What do you like best about ChannelOnline?

This software has a very accurate information. It very easy to use in creating and updating quotes in addition to adding new customers and editing new customers and contacts.

What do you dislike about ChannelOnline?

Search speed maybe a bit slow. However, this can easily be solved by the strength of your internet.

Recommendations to others considering ChannelOnline:

This software's strengths are time-saving measures: ability to get product information, check cost and availability from multiple sources, do comparisons, and generate PDF quotes. It is also simple and very flexible.

What problems is ChannelOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?

This software has helped us in building catalogue and has taken away most of effort thus creating enough time. It has also helped on navigation at a minimal training.

What do you like best about ChannelOnline?

-User Friendly.

-Professional-looking quotes.

-Integration with suppliers to send pricing and EDI feed.

-Excellent customer support

What do you dislike about ChannelOnline?

-The reporting can improve especially Open order report

-May not suitable for a large enterprise with 200-300 users.

-The user access control is a bit limited.

Recommendations to others considering ChannelOnline:

The system is easy to use and very intuitive. The support is very good as well. They are consistently updating their system with new features. The reporting however is not optimium.

We needed an easy-to-use quoting tool for sales and Channel online fits the bill. It especially easy to load special pricing and work through the catalogue
