The first thing I noticed when I started using Cflow was that it made me feel like I was getting more done in less time. Whether you're a developer or marketer or in any role, there's a template that will work for you and your needs!

It's not free - but it's definitely worth it! You need to pay attention to what you're doing as sometimes it is difficult to undo things.

The best thing is its drag and drop feature. Its incredibly powerfuland flexible collaboration enables multiple teams working on projects to stay on the same page. The user interface is made simple for the users and the features are not cluttered. Automation and integerartion capabilities are excellent. Quite a powerful tool to have for businesses and since we are a startup, having Cflow helped us stay organized as well.

A few times it got slow during the data transfer, especially when the volume is a bit huge. Otherwise, its good to go and a must have tool.

Cflow offered us with excellent collaboration and its intuitive interface was easy to understand and use. Great for teams which has a lof non technical users since its no coding platform simple features to be used without the need for having technical knowledge…we shared and collaborate on documents, assigned separate workflows for projects, automated reminders and much more.

I have to say Cflow is a powerful tool to manage all your repetitive daily tasks as well as large scale projects. A versatile platform that offers no code capabilities helping our non technical employees to quickly adapt to using the tool. Our productivity became ten fold after we started streamlining our processes using Cflow. Since everything is stored in cloud, you dont have to worry about loss of data as well. I highly recommend.

Well, Cflow can seem a little daunting at first due to its extensive capabilities, but with a bit of training, you will be in awe of its flexibility and automation.

Even after a year, Cflow has been my favorite project management tool. Highly affordable, plans are flexible with excellent customizations. They solved the problem of paper trial as we went completely paperless. Also, they come up with regular updates almost every month, keeping customer needs in mind.

The one thing we extremely liked about Cflow is that it is highly customizable. These customizations allowed us to tailor fit all our unique needs. We can easily create custom workflows and also there are lot of predefined templates available for users. Those fields are editable and we can create or modify the workflows to match the process management requirement.

In the initial stages many of our new employees struggled with Cflow’s new experience and even I took some time to get used to the transition. They make lot of new updates and now I can see the benefits of those changes after using for many months now.

We were quite satisfied with Cflow’s capabilities and i would strongly recommend Cflow as a strong choice for business people or anyone looking for a end-to-end project management solution.

Cflow is quite robust as it provided us with end-to-end solution. We were looking for a tool that can handle lead generation. Cflow was able to look over our client’s business as well and also easy for the affiliates to login and see thier businesses. Cflow handles the business perfectly. When we create lead forms it perfectly works with the information on our CRM setup. Zapier integrations are excellent. Cflow is quite sufficient for our business needs and can do much more as it helped grow my client list.

Have not faced any serious technical issues so far.

Cflow has a lot to offer, and we are pretty satisfied with the features. The support team is responsive, and issues are resolved timely. If you want to automate the process of lead capturing, contracts signed and getting a custom client portal, then Cflow is the right choice. There are some minor annoyances, but overall the templates and features are abundant, which will help you stay organized.

The automatic reminder and calendar integration features help you stay on track with the projects and never miss a deadline.

As far as cons are concerned, we felt a little overwhelmed initially as Cflow has so many built-in features. But with training, we got used to it quickly. The plans are affordable, and businesses should try them.

Assigning tasks became much more accessible than before, as before Cflow, we were using manual records to keep track of the tasks assigned to members. So, practically Cflow helped us become paperless. It eliminated the use of manual forms almost wholly. Overall, we are delighted with how Cflow works and keeps us organized.

As a developer, I use Cflow to manage my day-to-day tasks and client interactions. It has an elegant design which makes it easy to visualize the projects. Before the project, progress was scattered everywhere and difficult to follow. Now, Cflow has automated workflows for each of my tasks, and I can check the audit trail whenever I want to see who has worked on a particular project, when they have worked and what changes they have made. So this is an excellent tool as it automates my email reminders and puts everything in place.

As a project management tool, Cflow is beyond perfect. So, no technical issues so far.

We used Cflow mainly to have workflows set up for each department, automate emails and reminders, store sensitive product and client information, interact with other departments and working with them, agile planning workflows for task completion and to follow up sales leads. Cflow just gave us more than what we expected.

There are predefined templates in Cflow for HR, admin, IT, sales and finance, but we expected a little more. But, they are constantly updating the software, so we expect it will be implemented in future updates.

We started using Cflow during the Covid period, and I have to say Cflow has been incredibly helpful in optimizing our hybrid work environment, especially when we were working remotely. All our teams were able to stay on the same page, thanks to Cflow’s visual dashboard, where we grouped all our tasks, progress and people involved. Now we are happily adopting Cflow as a part of our routine work.
