Support team listens to your requirements and they find answers. You can always reach a person when you need help. When you make errors, the Cetec ERP System doesn't punish you! Reversing errors are easy to understand and do.

Not many things we do not like. However, one pet peeve I have are the email support tickets. Normal emails you have a chain of replies and it's easy to follow. With Cetec ERP support emails, the original problem is truncated from any replies. So instead of looking at one email, I need to filter out each reply as individual emails. Cetec ERP does have a support portal online that does keep these in better shape. However, living in an email world it would be nice to have organized the emails better.

Cetec ERP is solving many business problems we face. Allowing us to use customizable fields in areas of the program. Employees are more satisifed with the ease of use. Reporting is very helpful. The best thing we like is when we have a problem and each business is different, they suggest solutions that work.

The BOM management portion of Cetec is ideal for our business operations. The ISO ready integrations our helpful as we proceed with IATF certification.

The periodic updates can be troublesome for many users who become acclimated with pre-update process. Some updates have bugs that cause us some downtime.

The BOM management has allowed us to improve our quoting processes and maintain inventory control. The MRP system is very effective to help us keep track of our raw material requirements.

Cetec is a fully integrated system, which improves the efficiency of my accounting responsibilities. The ability to produce financials accurately and promptly has improved significantly.

I do not have anything bad to say about the software. The only obstacle in my ability to perform closing is the one JE I have to make for payroll. We use a local payroll company.

CETEC is easy to use and manage. The CETEC team is enjoyable to work with and provides excellent customer service. With CETEC being Cloud based, it is easy to access from work or out of the office.

Not much to dislike about CETEC. They are continually working on improving the software.

CETEC has solved several problems for us as a company. They are very willing to work with you to improve the software to meet your needs.

We are paperless! Updates happen in real time across all users on the platform. No longer do we have piles of data in other underperforming software programs.

We occasionally get a gateway error which forces a screen refresh.

Our product realization process is as efficient as we could have ever imagined. Workflows are seldom compromised with miscommunication of roles and responsibilities.

The search box! Easy to look up a customer or a vendor.

I haven't experienced anything that would make me dislike Cetec.

Roles are not detailed as to what access each role have and makes it difficult to assign default roles .

It helps in providing training and development , helps in forecasting and perfomance monitioring

Cetec ERP is very customizable, and offers both Cloud based and embedded solutions. Our particular system needed an in house ERP that integrated well with our production and manufacturing system, and the Cetec team worked with us to provide just what we needed.

Nothing I can think of - Cetec is well positioned and the cost is great.

We chose to purchase Cetec ERP because we needed an ERP system that was more sized for our company, and was customizable without extensive cost. As a NetSuite shop for many years, we were paying Oracle plenty in order to integrate their software into our flow.

Good way to manage what needs to be done and what has been done. I also like that I can add notes relating to each stage and everything is updated right away so there's no need to "move" individual tasks to done.

The time clock does not refresh automatically. Also, I'd like to be able to see exactly which task I've clocked into at any stage in the work process, not just the general work location.

Most of the integrations from ERP are working with third-party applications. So we have to make additional configuration or development work. It is difficult to handle. So the Cetec ERP developer team has to develop it inside as soon as possible.
