Nothing, in particular, the services are very user friendly
It helps issue credentials which makes some projects or workshops much more professional for the host and also offers service that can be used by the participant of that particular host. It helps to have the acknowledgment of participation or credential achievements.
We are a training company and wanted to issue digital badges for our certification program. The Design tool is easy to use and the step-by-step guide makes the whole process of issuing digital badges seamless.
Having a free pricing package to start is a smart step especially for small businesses. As the number of trainees scale up, we can upscale accordingly with the appropriate pricing package.
Perhaps a pricing package of between 250-500 certificate/badges would make it even more attractive.

First it is very easy to use. Very user friendly. There is a lot of things to add your certificate. We had already created a certificate from Canva we were going to email them manualy but when we discover Certifier we could easily add that design and sent it in couple clicks.
It is very expensive. Especially for developing countries. I realy not noticed much but designs can be more attractive.
We are regularly organizing webinars, courses, speakings etc. as a department and we need to give to participants, speakers and lecturers letter of attendance, certificate of appreciation too.
We used to print and write names on them with hand but it used to take lots of time and effort. There was always some people, who make it happen, can't participated organizations because of this time taking works. Now, we use online forms to collect mails and names and It just take couple minutes to send all participants their certificates. And looks more profesional.

The functionality, platform and ease of use. Start up and implementation took about 10 minutes from signing in to being ready to issue my first certificate.
I've only used certifer for a few days now, but so far I've found nothing I dislike.
I work for a non-profit that provides free, online infant and child health and safety prevention classes to parents, caregivers and medical professionals. We currently offer a certificate of completion for, if requested, for all of our 5 different classes. For the last three years our workflow after a class was as follows: our instructors would email me a class roster that would identify who in the class requested a certificate of completion, I would take that list and create all certificates individually in Adobe Illustrator off of saved templates, I would save the certificate, create a PNG, which I would upload, individually, to our organizations client management software, I would email the instructor that the certificates were ready, the instructor would then download the certificates and email out to the class attendees. With this many steps there are an infinite way for things to do wrong, get delayed, the ball to get dropped etc. It’s been a constant problem for the past 3 years.
One of our organization’s initiatives this year is to figure out how to streamline our processes to be more efficient and effective as an organization. I began looking for a certification solution and after looking at many I decided to try Certifier.
Within 10 minutes of signing up I had created my first customized certificate, by uploading our agency’s existing certificate, and had sent out our first round. Certifier is INCREDIBLY easy to use and is VERY intuitive, something that is important to me. I don’t have time, or frankly the desire, to learn incredibly complicated programs, we have far too much going on, and with Certifier that’s not an issue. In ten minutes, I had uploaded my own custom background, created a new certificate field and had everything ready to go. A simple Excel import and that was it.
I am a HUGE fan of Certifier! Going forward the entire process of issuing certificates, which before required multiple emails, multiple created documents with be completed easily and quickly. I would estimate that before Certifier our total time invested in issuing certificates for a class would run around a hour of cumulative staff time. Now, I will be able to do it, by myself, in roughly 5 minutes. When you consider that we offer up to 15 classes a month Certifier is going to save our organization a significant amount of time this year.
