We have been using CertifID for a while now and love the ease of the platform. We collect wiring instructions, send our wiring instructions, verify a loan payoff and so much more. In this day and age, we see so many scams that this platform gives us peace of mind.

The only downside is that you have to get creative sometimes when you need to verify wiring instructions from a company and not a person. Payoffs are a piece of cake, but brokerages are a little bit tricky.

CertifID helps us to feel more secure in send out wires on our transactions.

We have a large team of people. Mistakes are bound to happen - you just hope none of them are ruinious. CertifID's system ensures we are protected from the most costly errors - wire fraud and seller/party ID fraud. We run every payoff through Payoff Protect to ensure payoffs get to the correct account. CertifID's newly added ID verification makes me rest easy knowing we verified the seller, heirs, POAs, etc and they are who they say they are. We have caught fraud with both CertifID's Payoff Protect and ID Verification systems.

I wish there was a more comprehensive fee schedule. Not an individual charge for each product every time. People don't like paying to send us wiring instructions just to get their money. Verifying seller and heir ID is so important that it should be included in the pricing plan. We probably have $20-$40 in CertifID's fees in every file not counting the up charge in our fees for the monthly program for payoff protect.

Verifying wiring instructions for payoffs and parties and verifying ID's for all parties we do not know.

There aren't any cons that I can think of.

It gives us peace of mind about the identification of buyers/sellers.

I appreciate the ease of submitting a request for information to people. It asks for specific information but its kept to a minimum. It is easy for us to explain to our clients what to expect and they have had success using it. The fact that we can now search for loan payoff banking information is even better! I feel so secure with other people's money now!

We have only come across one problem and that was a bank that had recently merged with another bank, and we were approved with 2 different sets of instructions that were obtained through CERTIFID and they were both returned. We ended up not feeling safe wiring the proceeds so we cut a check the thrid time.

It has taken the time away from our staff calling and attempting to get confirmation of wiring instructions from people that may or may not be willing to give the information. It also provides intermediary banks if there is one which the general public doesn't always know to include.

CertifID is easy for clients to use and allows us to wire out without worrying about wire fraud. They also provide insurance which is an added benefit for firms that wire.

CertifID may be a bit pricey in comparison with what competitors offer.

CertifID allows us to securely wire to other parties without worrying where the money is going.

I love that it is eays to use and it is super user friendly. We use this software very single day! It makes our closing process easier for sending wire instructions. It also saves us time with colelcting and confirming wire information in the beginning of the transaction. I find CertifID to be one of the best softwares ever created, it definitely helps prevent fraud. Its worth every single penny. We also have the payoff subscription in which we can confirm the wire instructions for payoffs. This was definitely a game changer as fraudsters are now chnaging the wire instructions in payoffs and generate it to look identical to the original. You will not regret getting this software, it's worth it!

The only small cmplaint I have about CertifID is that our spanish speaking clients cannot use it. I wish they had a spanish version, that would be a game changer for us since most of the people in south florida are spanish speakers.

it's helping us prevent fraudsters with providing us with wrong wire information. It helps us make sure we are sending the wire instructions to our clients in a safe manner and giving them the confidence to be bale to do so. Most people are scared to send big amounts of money and the insurance gives them some ease in their mind.

I love CertifID! My customers are secure in the process and it is an ease of mind for my company! I am the admin also and use the features myself. It is so simple!

I haven't found anything I dislike about CertifID.

We want to make sure our customers feel secure in receiving the correct wire instructions from us. We also want to make sure we have accurate instructions from the sellers for outgoing wires. I love the service for both features.

Securely sending and receiving wiring instructions. We have not had any problems since using this.

CertifID is very handy to use to send out Wire Instructions to buyers and also helping us to check to make sure we received correct payoff instructions. The added Wire Fraud Protection helps our clients feel secure with sending their wires to us. It has been a great asset for us.

The only thing I would say that I dislike about CertifID is the difficultly of using it for some clients. If they are not good with technology, it can be very difficult for them to use it.
