User reviews of Cerner highlight its strengths in providing comprehensive patient data and facilitating communication across healthcare disciplines. Users praise its user-friendliness, particularly for those new to electronic medical records (EMR). However, some criticize its outdated interface and slow performance, especially during system upgrades. Frequent complaints include multiple ways to perform the same task, leading to confusion and inconsistency. While Cerner solves the problem of paper-based records, its lack of robust search functionality and the need for extensive customization present challenges for users.

PROS: I like Cerner more than its well-known competitor, Epic. In particular, I find it very easy to use--with most of its commands and elements right within reach. I also love how convenient it is. If I need to retrieve data about my clients, I can easily do so without much problem. Updating data don’t take up too much time too.
CONS: I don’t think I have any major issues with Cerner. However, I am noting here that there are some data that Cerner repeats within its output.
PROS: In my opinion, Cerner is the best among its competitors in the market. I like how each user can update their preferences based on their function within a larger scheme of their work process. With the tool customized to serve each role best, this has vastly improved the quality of our work and has made our team more efficient too. And because Cerner takes care of tracking specific work items for us, we can focus on what we like to do best: catering to our clients and making sure that their needs are met.
CONS: Sometimes Cerner works perfectly well and its features all run smoothly. However, there are days when it would just, somehow, lose its integration with other solutions and we’d be stuck in a certain task.
PROS: When it comes to Electronic Health Records, Cerner definitely leads the flock. By far, it is the most reliable tool I’ve worked with. Its integrations with other solutions is seamless and its features are impressively robust too!
CONS: Cerner seems to work best on a digital environment. Its graphs do not translate well on print.
