As a game admin, I need to create content. When a new idea clicked, I swiftly open the admin tool to make a draft or even create a complete content via my phone or tablet on the go. This gives me full freedom to implement and test my ideas without being in front of my computer which makes my work and personal life balanced. I would appreciate the device compatibility Centrical gave to explore and grow our ideas into action.
As a content developer, we love to have more fun templates to create quizzes to make the learning more fun. Example: a quiz with a Halloween background which can be used to take knowledge check and make the users to enjoy graphics and boost their adrenaline to choose the right answer.
Centrical makes our job easier to find the micro level learnings taken by the users. For example: By using the analytics, we can explore the key area of improvement of the individual user to train and give feedback or coach them on specific topic instead of walking them through all topics.
I have been working with Centrical for over a year now, and work on implementing a brand new narritve. The customer & techinical support that they provided during the process was fantastic. I was not part of the original team implementing gameON but from my experience, it was fast, informed, targeted and made it fit for purpose for my business. Centrical is a easy platform for staff to utilise and with the number of features it provides, it creates the perfect balance between work, reward & recognition. We have seen a huge increase in engagement, recognitions and success by creating a targeted approach on how we embed and track KPI's. We have tapped into various products they offer to increase staff empowerment to take control of their training and embedment and upskill themselves. Leaders found the ease of integrating thei coaching opportunities into the platform by creating specific missions, and our onboarding managers have promoted the use of evaluations during the probation period.
Overall there is not much I dislike, however I would like to see more products relating to the simulations.
They are providing valuable support in helping us solve the problem on a more interactive learning and embedment. We wanted to explore various way of learning and embedment material while going through strict legislative changes and business changes. With the business changes, there are significant changes that requires regular control check which the analytics platform provides us with all the insights we require. We are able to pulse check throughout the changes and have leaders and the business have a proactive approach to any issues that might arise. It provides us the opportunity to ensure our people increase their risk maturity.
With all the work Centrical has supported, and the use of the platform, we have seen gameON assist in teh reduction of AHT, Increase in Recognition and an overall increase in closing the risk gap at an early stage.

Nothing really i dislike it is pretty easy to use.

We use the platform to ensure that all updates and training is in one place and we can measure the agents understanding of new processes and training.
In an era with lots of information, Centrical creates a way of learning in a smart way: micro-learning. Plus, you immediately see your award received for your efforst by receiving points, badges etc.
I also like the way it helps connecting people. It's an interactive platform, so adapted to the 2023 technology and still preserves a human touch: for it to work, all teams have to come together: operational, training, quality, HR. This creates a sense of belonging, understanding how everything connects and why everybody's piece of work matters. It encourages communication that we once had when we used to work side by side.
The Analytics side is a bit more difficult to work with: it takes a bit too much time to load and I feel the need to simplify it somehow.
Right now, we are exciting to test the new QA features. It helps us in terms of combining training and QA. Also, putting together all the links for resources and support in the admin panel was one of the best ideas! I didn't even know actually how much I would love this. I also like the interface of Centrical KPIs, intuitive and easier to user as well as the Badge improved interface that offers much more clarity and easy use.

How centrical continues to improve month over month not only the end users' experience but also the admins' one. Also, how they provide solutions to our requests since that makes our job easier.
I wish we could personalize some features but I understand that the Centrical team works hard to find the best fit for everyone and I really appreciate that.
They are helping us to keep agents motivated and engaged with the program they belong to. Also, we have been working on adapting our supervisors day to day methodology to the platform to make it an even more visual and supportive experience.
There are no gamification mechanics or dynamics left behind with everything that Centrical offers for my users. Centrical offers me creative solutions that address different types of operational phases.
There are two things I think Centrical can improve.
* The graphic interface: making it more visual, catchy and attractive at a glance.
* Analytics; making it more flexible and customizable.
It helps us to increase engagement with the company through effective communication (closing knowledge gaps and doubts); it is helpful to keep employees motivated and to create a self-development culture.
Our agents love the gamification aspect of Centrical. It keeps them up to date with their metrics and quickly rewards them for their performance. The staff is incredible Sierra, Melissa, Hussain, & Derek have been our key contacts and they are all fun & knowledgeable about the product.
I would like to see the analytics more intuitive and easier to use. I find when narrowing down to the data needed, it can be a bit challenging.
Centrical is helping solve the logistics of how to keep our agents informed of their daily progress and rewards them all in the same space.

Centrical is a fantastic platform for providing real-time recognition and reward to employees. The software allows you to gamify performance management, motiviate people to learn and open up new avenues for communication. We love the shop, it creates a real buzz in the office when people can spend their rewards on things they want.
The Centrical team are wonderful too. They're very supportive not just through rollout, they stick around and are proactively engaged throughout.

Centrical give frontline colleagues and easy to understand dashboard which displays their performance and rewards them for what they do. So much easier than snipping reports and writing emails. It allows the agent to be proactive. The software also allows us to move quality performance into the same space as we are using to track customer outcome performance.
The shop allows us to provide a space colleagues choose their reward which is hugely motivational. In addition, being a system colleagues log into daily, it allows us to put learning in front of them without the need for moving to another platform.
