This was my first experience using a survey panel service for my research and it was truly fantastic. I wish all research studies were this easy! The project management is incredible, the Centiment team is always available to help with any questions, and the survey building software is intuitive. Best of all, Centiment recruited a census matched sample that I would not have been able to get any other way.

We were looking to gather proof for our product. We are a software company that sells online fundraising software. We wanted to prove that our modern forms are preferred when compared to a competitor. Centiment allowed us to build a survey which we show to respondents who have donated to nonprofits online in the last three years. We were also looking at gaining insight into their motivations behind donating AND the preferences based on age groups. All of these were made possible with Centiment. 
I like that the dashboard is super straightforward and easy to use. It was simple in a way that supports your ability to put the survey together. There are enough options to make it custom and on brand but not too many options that you're left wondering how the heck to input all the information you want to collect.

I loved working with our Project Manager, Hannah. She guided us through the whole process and was extremely responsive. We were working with an audience that required a disqualification question, which she helped setup for us. She ensured all respondents were good quality and filtered out any random outliers. I trusted that she would help get our survey across the finish line.

We fully intend to use Centiment again in the near future.
