The ease of submitting receipts. Transaction appear immediatly

I haven't come across any issures with using Center

We no longer have to have the employees do so much for reporting. The benefits are less time spent on paperwork

Center is very easy to use. The configuration and onboarding was seamless, and they were able to accomodate all of our customization needs for accouting. We needed the ability to split a single transaction accross multiple cost centers / departments. Center was the only solution that met all of our requirements.

Center's rebate is not as generous as some other competitors, but I beleive the trade off is worth it because of the high level of service that we receive.

We had a manual process that was hard to manage and very cumbersome. We were the classic use case for an expense management tool.

The app is very user friendly for the field to quickly snap pictures of receipts for review by the account team. The behind-the-scenes logic and coding is highly customized and fit our COA perfectly! End users now code their own transactions in a controlled manner that minimizes errors. I love that card holders can view all their transactions (unsubmitted, pending approval, and history) and see their available balance - giving them great transparency and control. The onboarding team was great and the whole process took a day or two.

Also, this is 100% free expense software!

Downloading PDF copies from the site is frustrating.

We were manually coding, uploading receipts, and entering transactions into our accounting software (Sage 100 Contractor). Now I get it done via an easy excel import. Also, the monthly recon of the credit statement from Capital One was awful due to so many missing transactions. Now Center easily shows what is overdue and automatically sends reminders to users for submission! Recons take all of 5 seconds now.

Center is amazing. The first thing - their people go above and beyond. We probably had the most drawn-out implementation in history due to some staffing changes we had but they were no pressure. They just really made it so easy for us. Speaking of easy, their website is so easy to use. The platform is so user-friendly and you have so many options to integrate it into your workflow. We haven't had many issues but when we do have to reach out to customer support they are right on it! We've almost always been able to resolve an issue with just one short call. We also use the mobile app and just love it. We have a lot of employees who are never in the office so being able to submit everything on a daily basis and having the office get the information in real time, and being able to see receipts so quickly, is such a big thing for us. We can download information every day if we want, or as needed. Approvals are also quick and easy so we don't have to wait and catch up later. This was such a great solution for us!

The only thing I can think of is that I wish this was an all-encompassing expense management system, not just for the cards. It would also be a benefit if the officer could preactivate the cards.

Real-time access to expenses and receipts is huge and something no other card has ever provided!

What can I say "everything" in a word. Ease of use, quick and easy implementation, outstanding customer support team, and most importantly integration with our sofware system that is not your run of the mill.

I'd like to see more downloadable reports such as spend by user.

Center is tracking the large number of expenditures that our Sales and Service Department makes and coding them into our G/L accounts. By being able to download all the transactions at the end of the month in one journal entry it saves a tremendous amount of time.

Very easy to use from a reviewer perspective.

I have already been using Center for a couple of months now and there really are no downside to using this platform.

It has made it easier for our employees to submit expenses on the go by taking pictures of receipts within the app that way the employees don't have to keep up with all their receipts to submit later. Also they submit the expenses one by one when they have time. Also I don't have to spend a lot of time reviewing these big reports that I had to do in our previous expense platform. Just reviewing one by one and approving as I go through the expenses.

I really like how user friendly both the app and the website are. Customer service is also exceptional. Anytime I have a question or concern i've received a response back within the hour. I would highly reccommend Center to anyone looking for a business credit card.

The only thing I dislike about Center is the reward program. With the other business credit cards we have we earn points for travel. If we could make our Center payment with another credit card to get the points that way it would be great!

Center streamlines our expense report process for all of our carholder's. The ease of having an app that you can upload receipts, tag charges, and send expenses into the office is very beneficial. Our employees are on the go constantly and this makes it easy for them to do their part in submitting expense reports.

The built in automation and control for the company using it to do what they need to do. Some specifics: implementation was easy, importing into our AP system rather than keying saves time, employees providing photos of their receipts and coding their own invoices, reminders to the employees from the app but also available to the accounting staff to notify them something is missing, the ability for acctg to adjust limits as necessary --it takes seconds, customer support is available when needed and calls are scheduled to make sure everything is going well and provide updates on new offerings, reporting of where you stand on charges...

We even went through a recent reorganization of department codes and were able to handle it all ourselves very easily. It has been easy to get staff to utilize because it is so much simpler than our other approach. Also because of the controls, we are starting to use the virtual card for some employees that don't generally carry credit cards but have expenses like

They have made it all very simple so we are continuing to add types of things we are using the card for, how many have access to the card capabilities, etc.

Nothing to share regarding dislikes about Center

Provided a simplified method of gathering receipts.

Allows users to code the receipt to the proper job or expense.

Streamlined and expedited the process of submitting credit card charges so much that more people are using for more things.

Enabled importing of the information directly into the accounting system as opposed to rekeying it all.

Provides simplified method of adding or removing individuals, modifying authorized amounts, reviewing charges submitted, etc.

Center makes it really easy to submit expenses quickly for work. After each payment, Center sends you a notification to submit it! It's so quick and helps me stay on top of my expenses.

Sometimes the App itself is slow. It makes turning in a lot of expenses take a lot of time

Center helps me stay on top of work expenses. It keeps me from spending so much time on manually entering expenses.

Center helps our staff keep track of receipts and submit their expenses for review. I like the ease of sorting/finding transactions when I need to look something up. I also like the ease of exporting the transactions into QuickBooks,.

One problem that hasn't been solved yet is when I send a transaction back to the user for a better receipt or more info, they don't get a push notification that I've done that. They only see it if they are in the app which could be quite a while later.

Center helps our staff make purchases quickly and easily. It also helps them keep track of their receipts.
