CELUM can be adapted to any organisation and is really user-friendly and performing!

It is not the cheapest tool on the market, but worth the invest!

Celum offers a perfect fit for our internal customers needs and also from an IT point of view regarding its architecture and maintainability.

The user interface is easy to handle although it offers multiple options for customization/configuration. Adaptions to the data Modell can be done quite easy without the involvement of developers.

With its support center its easy to get the right information whenever it is needed.

Some internal customers would need more detailed analytics in regards to the usage of the stored assets. Celum offers only a basic functionality when it comes to usage reports although additional data would be available within its database.

The data delivery methods (PIN link and SmartView) should have an offline option to use its capabilities even during downtimes of the ContentHub (e.g. maintenance window).

With Celum ContentHub we prohibit decentralized data storage and give our internal users access to the right assets (permissions) in a shorter period of time (search functionality). We also take care that the right images are used for the right channel with the maintenance of copyrights and automated image conversions. In addition we have set up several interfaces for different use cases (e.g. eCommerce, Newsletters, Intranet, Press areas...) to automate our processes in regards to asset deliveries.

Celum is not only delivering a state of the art DAM; they also truly understand how Marketing and Brand Teams work and the challenges they face. Celum is constantly evolving to address These challanges making sure that Celum is not just about Managing assests but rather about manging the brand experience.

User Interface should be simplified even more to ensure "infrequent" users can easily use the tool as well.

The basic functionality does fullfill the business needs in most of the cases and if not, it is not difficult to build this in. The technical upgrade procedure is very fast so that the downtime is limited to a minimum. We did not need to learn and understand the tool during the first big project since we got excellent support and technical erpertise from celum.

The reaction time from celum regarding problem determination and appropriate solutions was very good and they delivered this in a professional way, always with all needed documentation.

The user inerface is a bit un-common and it takes some time to get used to it. The functionality regarding authorisations is fully implemented, but it can only be found at different places which makes it hard to find the appropriate settings.

Please always consider to have all relevant assets also available in a cloud solution, especially when you are a big company with users around the globe and put some efforts into the needed folder structure since this is driving your authorization concept.

We managed to re-new our brand web pages using celum as the DAM system along with integrating the whole DAM solution in the cloud to not experience performance problems. With this new approach we got a central system where all media assets are stored and it is easy for all involved parties like internal staff or agencies to use these assets.

Managing and sharing all digital content produced in our company with anybody in the world and seamless integrated in our system landscape.

User Experience could be little bit improved

There are different versions, we have team solution but would need enterprise solution. This is why my rating is mostely 6.

Sharing digital content, fast, efficient and answering question of our dealers before they have even asked for it. Brand awareness is rising. Once source for same image.

Besides unifying the lots of different asset stocks and speeding up our content delivery, we were positively surprised by the many features Celum offers, on HOW the content is shared. The PIN-Links, the hyperlinks, the Smart Views, the Contentland, it seems like Celum has always the best solution for every requirement. Our sales teams in particular love the new ways they can get sales documents, for example from marketing. And the search function is very powerful and allows you to provide even complex search queries within a very short time. This helps enormously in daily work.

The user interface is not necessarily modern, but functional. It is a pity that there is no possibility to create versions of two assets that are already in Celum. I hope this will be fixed very soon. Workrooms' workflow tool is quite nice, but offers too few customisation options and runs too slowly in our system.

Providing content in the SAP Sales Cloud, sending content to external partners, handling internal requests for specific content, running an image database for the public, as well as several internal image databases. In the future, we will connect our CMS system to Celum. And further steps are already being planned.

The time we need to process internal requests has decreased many times over. And as the requirements of our trading partners become more and more explicit, we now also have the possibility to fulfil these requests.

Our CELUM ContentHub has an easy search based on multiple keywords to get accurate results thanks to high data quality of assets. It is web based, 24/7 available around the globe. Our CELUM ContentHub has various powerful rendition options when downloading assets and it is possible to grant access for external users.

Our users report from time to time that the intuitiveness of the CELUM ContentHub could be improved (we are currently using Celum 5.13.4), especially if used only once per quarter.
