Time Management and Tracking

I've been a Healthcare Recruiter for 5 years and have used Ceipal for the last 3 years. The understanding of Ceipal is the best. We didn't need any additional training to navigate our work process. It took less than 2 days to get proficient in 75% of its uses. The reporting management may take some time to master but the rest of it is super EASY!

Apart from this, Ceipal is very easy when it comes to posting new jobs, mail merge, and even uploading bulk resumes.

I've used Jobdiva, Bullhorn, and Taleo as well but Ceipal is the BEST so far.

I wish it had a feature to send mass text as well, not sure if my admin has turned it off or the feature doesn't exist, but that would be really helpful

It helps us tremendously in recruiting candidates, the job board integration is very helpful. We don't need to login into various job boards (Career Builder, Monster, DIce, etc.) instead just use the "Integrated search" method and find candidates on every job board with ease.

I would like more about the ceipal workforce manage employee timesheets, business expenses, employee leaves, and a cloud document management portal for employee collaboration.

Here's what I don't like about the municipal workforce. Sometimes they need monster and dice credits. So it's more complicated when we are working on full-time requirements.

It's helpful when we get a new client. It's easy to connect and communicate with the candidate and employer. It's more helpful to improve my career growth, and this is helpful for employer relationships.

The Functionality and Quality of this software is great. The assistance and workforce support from this software and the CEIPAL Workforce team hepled to solve the issues faced by the clients.

Reports are more robust and seem to have more accurate information in Database view; it'd be nice to be equal in web view or database.

Ceipal is most advanced ATS tool in the market used for recruiting. We can keep track all info we do from sourcing to onboarding using a single tool. We can reach N number of candidates in just single email...

There is nothing to tell about dislike in ceipal, most of features it has is very useful in all ways. Not a big concern, but ceipal can upgrade theri features in integrated search that will be helpful...

To get multiple data tracking for everyone using other ATS is quite challenging task, but in ceipal user can easily source and we can track all the info from sourcing to onbaording, login etc....

With Ceipal workforce it was easy for me to track my leaves. Not only that but i can apply for my leaves from any where.

There is nothing much to dislike it as it helps with tracking of my leaves.

I recommend others to go for ceipal workforce as it is easy to use and can be accessed from anywhere on any platform. It has excellent features.

With Ceipal workforce i can apply for leave from anywhere as it can accessible. If we cannot inform to our officials about any sudden leaves. We can just apply leave in it and can get approval.

Ceipal is the easiest way to search the good candidate in the right time.

Many candidate write his visa status US Citizen but they are H1B. This is the issue in Ceipal.

I correct the visa status of wrong candidate.

Ceipal is a Applicant Tracking System and can do mass mail by building the huge data base.

Ceipal is bit slow and to parse a resume it takes much time.

This ATS is very simple and easy to use and dose not take much time for any fresher to learn this ATS. The application is very simple to use and highly recommend it to all the businesses which are in this staffing field.
