Thanks to Catsy I finally have a "single source of truth" for all our product data! I was able to create the PIM exactly how I wanted it and am able to make changes to it easily. I frequently use the import and export and mass update options. The DAM with lightboxes makes organizinging, finding and sharing our images a breeze. The support team is responsive and very helpful.

I have no complaints. Catsy is always improving and has implemented multiple "wish list" items of mine.

Before Catsy I had product data in 4 different databases. Now, everything is one location, organized they way I want it and available via web browser. The DAM has been a game changer for our ability to sort through thousands of images and share them outside our company.

We switched to Catsy from a competitor. So far, our expectations have been exceeded on all metrics. From software capabilities to their CS team, onboarding was a breeze and we were able to integrate with all of our platforms to get up and running in no time. It could not have been easier.

We haven't had any dislikes. Their pricing is great too. It scales as you need and you don't pay for anything that you don't use.

If there was a feature that was not stock, they helped us write code to make sure it integrated just as we wanted.

Product information management. It allowed us to realize and take advantage of sales on new platforms due to the ease of joining with little to no friction during setup.

We evaluated Catsy head-to-head against many other solutions including Plytix and Salsify, and Catsy was the clear winner. The flexibility, tools, export and import tools, and the customization worked really well for our catalog, and it's been easy to use with outside vendors and our sales team. The support of the team is fantastic, beyond anything I've seen with other software platforms - the developers really want every customer to succeed in using the software.

The learning curve is a little steep in the beginning, and a few things in the UX are not as intuitive as they could be, but once you get past the learning curve you see the reasons why the features are configured the way they are, and it delivers a lot more in benefits than it costs in the learning curve.

Catsy is where we keep the 'single source of truth' for everything about our products that is not stored in our ERP, and handles media and marketing information extremely well to make sure we stay super consistent across our platforms, and the PIM solution has made a world of difference vs using dropbox and google drive for sharing images. The image format conversion and resizing tools are really good as well.

Catsy is helping us get all of our product information consolidated into one place. No more scrambling around trying to find what we need. And, it's very easy to use and update. Our sales people can't wait to get their hands on the custom catalogs we can generate.

With so many useful features, it's hard to get to everything. We're new to the software, but every time we ask about a particular feature, Catsy is doing a good job of helping us find where that can be done within the software.

Our product information has been spread out on too many different servers, computers, folders, websites, etc. With Catsy we're consolidating all of that information into one place and we can then turn that around to custom product catalogs, data feeds and more. It's a very important and powerful tool for the sales and marketing team.

It's user-friendly and intuitive and their customer support is excellent, they are always available for help and open to making improvements.

No downsides that haven´t been resolved, they have always helped for a resolution.

Having all of our product data in one platform has made managing our information simple and it has also greatly helped us to improve data accuracy.

I like that it is straightforward to add products and that you can have all the info in one slide. It is effortless to understand how to use it.

Nothing, as I'm still learning about it and also is always possible to change.

Catsy's speed at which it pulls up products/assets is really good and the ability to share links is really helpful.

Sometimes deciphering exporting details from Catsy can be a bit inconsistent from one section to another.

Cataloging all of my digital assets is super easy with Catsy. I also really like the search features. You can tell it was built for user experience.

I wish it would sync to my DAM folder in my OneDrive. Whenever I have new pictures, I must remember to upload them.

I used to have a checklist on a spreadsheet, but now Catsy reminds me what tasks still need to be finished for a product. It has progress tracking built-in.

The usability of the system is hands down the best one I've come across.
