I would love for users to have additional visibility into playbooks. At this point, only administrators are able to view/modify playbooks.

The UI is super easy to use and I love the templates for notes and tasks.
Sometimes our dashboards take 24 hours to update but it's not so bad that i can't do my day to day tasks.
Catalyst is helping to document our customers as they move along in the customer journy, idenify risks, and find opportunities for expansion.
1. We're able to change things quicky, which means getting insights on our entire customer base easier than ever.
2. The integration with other tools is better than other CS tools we've used in the past.
3. The pricing model makes it easy for me to drive more users from our company into Catalyst as opposed to pushing data to other systems and hoping for the best.
There is some revenue forecasting functionality that I wish was better. As our CS team has become more revenue focused, we've bumped up against a few feature gaps that has us going back into Salesforce, which I very much wanted to avoid.

As an Account Manager, Catalyst has allowed me to easily organize my pipeline with clear notes, tasks, playbooks, and automation. It streamlines my work efforts and allows me to stay on top of my accounts and renewals.
Sometimes I find that I need to put my Catalyst dashboard into full-screen mode to view all notes; it would be nice to have a clean dashboard even when it isn't in full-screen.
Pipeline management; renewal communications; forecasting. It's so helpful to have accounts organized by fiscal quarter, opportunity stage, and forecasting. Catalyst allows me to customize my dashboard to sort accounts in a way that is most efficient for my workflow.
I love that you can easily organize different reports and it's super user friendly. The layout for Catalyst is also aethetically friendly so I don't feel like I'm staring down a well of information. It helps me partner with cross functional partners easier on accounts that need more assistance, health of renewals, and mutually beneficial goals between CS and Sales.
There are a few times I have experienced a bug here and there when trying to create a new layout, but it's tech. This happens, overall my experience has been great!

A lot of our account lists and tables paginate. There is probably a setting that I don't know about to change the pagination but I wish the default was to show the entire list.

Catalyst is a one-stop shop that allows me to track all information pertanining to my accounts such as account health, renewal sequences, call notes. Before we used Calatyst, I had to depend on 3 CRMs to get such information and the worse part was that they weren't even integrated.
While I am now comfortable with the design, initially it was overwhelming. I often like to add notes to my call but finding the notes section wasn't very intuitive.

Keeping track of tasks, seeing how accounts are developing and being able to keep notes for each account in the same place is so comfortable.
