REAL TIME MESSAGING YOU NEED!
What do you like best about CarNow?
CarNow lets you communicate with the customer in real-time making it very easy to spot and track online traffic to your website. It also has AI built in that makes sure we do not ever miss a lead!
What do you dislike about CarNow?
The integrations on carnow are not all there. If they integrated with more software that we use it could make it very streamlined for us and would make the flow of the lead very smooth.
What problems is CarNow solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us speak to customer that are coming on to our site and just browsing around and now we get the opportunity to capture those unattended leads and try to close them!

A great digital retailing and chat tool for an even better price.
What do you dislike about CarNow?
CarNow BuyNow isn't quite as polished or advanced as some of the other competitors in terms of overall appearance, but in terms of functionality and price, it knocks it out of the ballpark.

Fulfilling the need of a digital retailing and chat solution that understands our small market and volume needs.

Great service
What do you like best about CarNow?
The Chat is monitored 24/7, giving our customers some limited assistance when we are either closed or not available to take over the chat.
What do you dislike about CarNow?
Some agents close the chat way to early- but this isn't a huge complaint.
What problems is CarNow solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to reach our customers at the time they are wanting assistance. Having CarNow allows us to work other leads while the agents work to get info and assist as much as they can.

easy to use
What do you like best about CarNow?
i love how i can respond to people in real time who are asking questions about the dealership i work at. i dont have to wait for a lead to pop up. i love how i can set the day and time i want to recieve notifications. anyone can be thrown into this program without any training and work it well within an hour.
What do you dislike about CarNow?
theres nothing out there that is easier than car now

any dealership would be crazy to not have this. its super user friendly and it makes talking to customers in real time on active leads really easy

my dealership is able to respond to customers in real time instead of waiting for a lead to show up. we are able to get the information out to customers even faster than before.
