It is affordable and I like the schedule view.

Caregivers have issues from time to time with evv clocking in and out.

I can appreciate the customer services portion of Caresmartz. There is always fast and reliable knowledgable assistance at my finger tips when I need it.
What do you dislike about CareSmartz360?
There is nothing about Caresmartz I don't like.

Going from using paper to having everything digital. Being able to have the app so when I'm out in the community I can still have access. And smoother systems for the whole team.

I highly recommend Caresmartz360 services, especially the EVV component.

Caresmartz360 is one of the best decisions I made for my homecare agency. The training was top tier, and the system is user friendly.

Excellent use of product
What do you like best about CareSmartz360?
The ease of clocking in and out for all staff, printing reports for clients, and updating information when neccessary. I especially like customer support who are quick to answer back and patient.
What do you dislike about CareSmartz360?
Cannot think of anything yet. I am new to CareSmartz360 and haven't used it that long.

CareSmartz360 has lots of features that has made on boarding, maintaining records, and monitoring very easy.
What do you dislike about CareSmartz360?
I love the features, the customer service helps with navigation and makes owning a business simple. It is fairly easy but the team is very helpful.
What problems is CareSmartz360 solving and how is that benefiting you?
CareSmartz manges when documents are expired, time sheets, tracking, management, housing documents, onboarding, etc.

Easy to use!
What do you like best about CareSmartz360?
I enjoy the ease of use, prompt customer support, and the mobile app is amazing! I can perform admin tasks on the go!
What do you dislike about CareSmartz360?
There are a few features on the desktop version that I would like to see on the mobile admin version. I would laso love the option to have employee training modules for my staff in the cargiver version of the app.
Recommendations to others considering CareSmartz360?
If this is compliant with your state and you like access to lots of support, multiple resources for ongoing learning and to feel supported I highly recommend it. A fellow Agency owner and I shared that we had a similarly great experience with learning how to use the software.

EVV management, Digital Care Plan Assessments, and CRM for my clients, service delivrey documentation, billing, and time management.

I have had a pretty great experience overall.

This system is fairly easy to use and whenever I get stuck customer service is always there to help.
What do you dislike about CareSmartz360?
Some of the fields don't allow enough characters, creating and altering the schedule can sometimes be confusing.
