Empowering Behaviorally Driven Care Through Seamless Efficiency and Excellence.
I like the ease of use for carelogic. Everything is organized, hassle free with convenience
Having to e-signature before finishing the incident reports.
Before using carelogic writing incident reports and group notes were annoying, now it saves me time.
One of the best aspects of CareLogic is the effective customer support provided by the Qualifacts team. In the ten years we have used CareLogic, their approach has increased effective and timely communication each year. The management of the company is interactive and engaged with end-users. Their mission is to further our work with clients, which I appreciate. Qualifacts has kept up with regulatory changes, even when the changes were sudden. The orientation to the patient flow and expectations of behavioral health puts the platform ahead of all general health EHR systems I have seen. From the user's perspective, the workflow is simple. It is easy to train new users.
Just about every complaint I have had over the years has been addressed. It is now able to run on a variety of browsers. Reporting still could use some work, but the solution they have had in place is workable. Rare performance issues or bugs are resolved very quickly.
Our business has increased 40% since adopting CareLogic, but we have not increased billing staff. Data is readily available.
You can safely store sensitive information for clients, from treatments, services, interventions, notes, basic and sensitive demographics among much more data. Again it's been known to be a good software to use when working with clients in the Mental Health Settings.
It took me a while to learn the basics of Carelogic, maybe because I never got proper training. I haven't searched for online resources, but I'm sure there's tons. I mean it's not super to hard to learn, but it would be nice to get a refresher training course to something.
There's tons of data you can safely store on the software. You can't go wrong. I think it's easy to use now that I've learned most of its function. Again, it gives you a peace of mind when it comes to storing sensitive client information. There are tons of sections from medical records to follow up notes. Very effective, saves time of who organized it is.
Again, storing client information in HIPPA approved software. It's not at all hard to use or navigate, but it can take some time to learn some of the tools on there. You can safely store sensitive information for clients, from treatments, services, interventions, notes, basic and sensitive demographics among much more data.
It's easy to easy on a laptop as well, especially when you're doing intake forms. HIPPA complaint.
The ease of using the program for inputting and notes tracking billing.
Nothing the program is sufficient for my needs.
Great programz
It is easy to track objectives and client needs.
The efficiency and accuracy when documenting
When you have to error something off your scheduling it stays visible at the bottom
Nothing at this time
The ability to move between pages of a client ISP plan or to access the full case load are the features I like best.
I dislike when messages are sent between mental health professionals with out a record of the original message sent. I also dislike the inability to have a clip board for copying and pasting group responses.
Like any EHR as long as it is running it works well. Slightly tedious process to maneuver between pages on the EHR.
I am completing documentation for client files.
I enjoy the organization of the website. It gives me a quick overview of client information.
There's a lot of "clicking". Many ways to receive the same outcomes.
I recommend giving the product more time to understand all it's feature.
It can often times be down during times of need.
The best thing about this EHR is how streamlined it is for mental health providers. It is clear the system has actually been formatted to make documentation and billing more efficient and less time consuming.
The only major issue I have with this system is the times they schedule their biweekly maintenance. It may just be an issue for a small majority of overnight mental health crisis staff like myself, but it is inconvenient to have no access to the EHR for three hour periods in the middle of your hospital emergency room shift.
It creates a streamlined way to input services provided and translate that to accurate billing statements without needing to enter information multiple times over multiple places in the EHR.
Care logic is a very intuitive system and is easy to use.
It would be great if there were a mobile app to use.
I use it for client files, and it is easy to use.

I really like that when it comes to time management as well as note taking for casework, the process is not too complicated. All the windows are easily accessible unlike other systems.
Sometimes carelogic has issues recognizing devices or signatures. That's the only issue I really found.
As a caseworker in social services, we use carelogic to manage our time for appointments and do encounter forms & progress notes. It's keeps everything we need in one place.
