CareerPlug has been integral in keeping hiring cost effective and easy to work with. After years of working only with Indeed, CareerPlug has been a breath of fresh air. We currently own and operate 21 locations and the thought of managing that strictly through Indeed would be a logistical and financial nightmare. CareerPlug has given us the ability to quickly find applicants and when necessary, still have the opportunity to provide a boosted post through Indeed. In some of our locations our cost has gone from $1000/month for ad postings to the Premium cost and no need to spend additional cash to find the best people.

All in all, CareerPlug is fantastic. If I had to nitpick, I'd love for the "interview scheduled" email to include the location scheduled for. As a person who recruits for 21 different locations, there's a layer of organization this would help with tremendously.

It's allowed for easy transition from resume to interview. The autopilot feature makes like super simple.

No complaints at all, and the customer service team has always been able to help with any issues I've had!

I am able to quickly turn on and off as needed, and the system is integrated with ZipRecruiter and Indeed to easily share my job posts to many applicants in just a few minutes.

Current downside is there does not seem to be as many applicants looking for full time in persons positions currently. But not something Carreer Plug can control.

It would be nice to be able to print a resume in its correct format through the sitte without having to download it first

Finding qualified

Career Plug helped us get up and running FAST. It literally only took a few minutes to build out our job postings and get them activated. There was almost nothing to implement on the user side, which was a huge pluc. When I had a minor issue, it was resolved in minutes. Candidate quality has been vastly superior to what we were doing before. I am using it every day to help us get our hires made and I couldn't be happier with how things are going.

I have not found anything to dislike about this company, which is a rarity. I'm an opinionated, vocal person who will tell anyone exactly what I think- good or bad, but they have been truly wonderful in all aspects.
