I have loved the customer service we have recieved. We are sending out about 200 birthday cards a month and were doing it by hand. Now it takes me maybe 10 minuites! the best part is our employees can send their cards in their own handwriting!

So far, I have found nothing to dislike.

The cards look great and it's easy to have them sent directly to our clients. It's good value and the cards arrive quickly.

The UI is a little difficult to navigate at times

I want to be able to send individualized messages and cards to our clients without having to mess around going to the post office and stuff!

There isn't anything that I dislike about this service

We have a relatively large database of clients that we like to keep in touch with, writing hundreds of cards to each year at christmas time would be time consuming and hard on the wrists so being able to use a service that helps us keep up with our clients while adding a personal touches is amazing

The platform is easy to use, there are demos at every step and offers many options to edit cards or messages.

The option to bulk-import data made it easy to interract with our systems.

No downsides for now, all went well as expected.

I have been a loyal customer of Cardly since 2021, and I thought I would share the convenience and satisfaction I've experienced with their card service. Since I began using their platform, the ability to upload my contacts list and effortlessly pick or personalize a card has been a game-changer for me.

Whenever I've needed to make quick changes or sought assistance, the Cardly team has been stellar. Their quick responses and willingness to help ensured that the cards I sent were great and delivered on time. The service saves me time and allows me to customize, schedule, and make sending a personal touch to family, friends, and Clients a breeze.

Two of the most beneficial features for me are the time savings and the ability to schedule card deliveries months in advance.

The holidays would stress me since I was handwriting 30+ cards and always took me longer than expected.

This foresight has been a time saver for keeping up with birthdays, anniversaries, and other events without the last-minute rush.

My favorite part of Cardly was working w/ Patrick, the CEO of the company. He does a phenomenal job at helping establish your campaign and creates custom videos to help you walk through the different parts of the website. Cardly was half the cost of other sites I was looking at and they have more options when it comes to services.

I'm looking forward to using their automation services and continued use of bulk campaigns

There are a few clunky parts of the website that take some getting used to but after awhile I figured it out -- I think that goes for any website where your building out a project. Also I would like to be able to have colored envelopes or some kind of fulfillment where they can add something like a business card in the envelope.
