Really useful for us. No more accidentally deleted files.

PROS: This tool does not disappoint. I've had to restore some of our company files a couple of times already, and it really works the way it is advertised. It's very easy to set up as well. All I have to do is to send a link to a user so that they can be part of the workgroup on Carbonite. Whenever a saved data file has been altered, it simply updates the file too. I don't have to go back to square 1 and back-up said file.

It is cost efficient

PROS: It has almost everything automated. There is a lot to desire about this product. When you set it up in your system, you do not have to do anything as the backup and storage of data is automated. It takes course from there, which means you will not have to manually update data in the system. This makes it easy to use. Apart from that, the storage is unlimited for a single computer. Regardless of the size of the data you have to backup or store, this tool will be at your service. It is easy to recover or retrieve data that has already been stored in the system. On top of that, it is cost effective, which adds to the benefits you reap from the Carbonite.

Automates the back up process

PROS: The set up process is bliss. I am able to clearly understand how to do it on my own. It has a simple interface which allows me to get up to speed in not time. I am able to schedule which folders or directories I want backed up, during the set up process. The tool in return automatically backs up those folders which saves time and the effort. Also, when you have taken too long to back up your data, this product ends out a notification in the form of email to you, reminding you that you have not backed up data for long and you need to soon.

The best backup tool there is!

PROS: First of all, I think it's great that Carbonite offers a trial version. This way, we can test out the features and its environment without fully committing to a membership. So far, we're really impressed with its functions. It's user-friendly and reliable too. Not one file has been overlooked and every single data is accounted for and properly backed up.

PROS: Carbonite does not discriminate whatever type of file you back up on its system. Be it a video, a photo, a word document--you can rest assured that Carbonite will have a copy of it saved for you for future use. Their support team is very helpful as well.

Flexible regarding access of the backed up files

PROS: It is an amazing tool when it comes to back up of data and recovery of the same. I can back up data in my home computer and access it when I am away from that computer. All I need is to be connected to the internet and as such I can access my data which was updated or backed up into Carbonite. When a hard drive crashes, I am able to recover data that was backed up in the product. With my office or company computer, data is also backed up into the system where I can access it when at home.

"Love this for our Office staff auto backups"

What do you like best?

I can setup someone and send them an email link to setup their own PC to be backed up to carbonite. And with the auto backup feature it can then auto backup anytime a file is changed instead of running a complete backup again. I have also used the Restore feature more then once due to employee deleting files or once in a blue moon HDD failure.

What do you dislike?

I have only run into one minor annoyance. I can right click a folder in windows and say to not back it up however if there is a file change in that fold it will start backing up that file. Slightly annoying more then a problem.

You can't go wrong if you need a simple program to backup user files and profile information on a daily basis.
