Capturly is a comprehensive online analytics platform which is helpful to increase revenue for your online business. This platform helps to understand why your visitors leave your online business website or cart through using heatmaps, traditional analytics and replays. The best thing I like about this platform is that it provides free trial to its users to understand their whole working concept. Also, the prices of using this platform is very cheap.

So far it has been good except that it does not save the recorded data if you decide to switch back to free plan anytime. So, a little improvement can be done here.

Its the best platform out there in the market. I would recommend everybody to try it out for their businesses.

It has a user friendly interface, which helps in a quick and easy setup. The best thing is they allow unlimited users in any plan. The Coustomer service team is great.

The only thing which is a little troubling is , the recorded data will not be stored if i switch back to the free plan.

It is actually the best thing, we can track the user interaction and get insights, which eventually helps us in getting better according to the Coustomer’s demand.

Have been using Capturly as a heatmap and recording tool. Easy to use, great service and fast replies by customer support and lots of options. Beforehand, we we're using Hotjar, however this had a bug with our Magento version. Capturly is easy to install, similar in pricing and didn't glitch with our e-commerce website. Defintely recommend!

Recording data won't be stored when you switch back to the free plan unfortunately.
