It has now allowed for sellers to see comp plan and how you are progressing. And it helps be 1 source of truth for your comp-the plan and how you are progressing. Easy to understand when laid out in the way it is done.
It's a very easy way to get a quick view of my commissions and stubs for the month. I like the ability to have multiple ways to view the information and to easily be able to track things.
I wish there was a feature to further breakdown earnings by line item. For example commissions, bonuses, salary, etc. An all-encompassing view for each item would be great.

After using this for about 18 months to review earned commissions, I have appreciated having a bespoke platform for calculating commissions earned. Over time, the calculation speed has improved dramatically (there is so much data to drill through). It does a good job handling past periods, and the next "preview" statement, but as we are paid a month back, it doesn't natively give you a preview of the actual current month - this has to be manually pulled instead which is not as intuitive. Overall this is a valuable tool that fulfills the required functionality.
It would be nice if it had some built in logic to track performance over time both from a quota and earnings perspective. It can be difficult to go "back in time" to check this data manually.
