What do you like best about Capsulink?

Capsulink has become my secret weapon for campaigns. The Smart Link feature is pure magic. It transforms my lengthy links into sleek, branded short links that not only look professional but also elevate the overall aesthetic of my campaigns. What's even better is the ability to add multiple destination links in one short link. This flexibility is a game-changer.

What do you dislike about Capsulink?

To be honest, there isn't much to dislike. Maybe they could add a few more customization options for the branded short links, but it's a minor thing that doesn't really impact the overall experience.

What problems is Capsulink solving and how is that benefiting you?

The most significant challenge Capsulink tackles for me is the chaos of long, messy links. The Smart Link feature streamlines everything. Now, I can effortlessly track the performance of my campaigns through the analytics dashboard, gaining insights that help me adjust and optimize in real-time. Nice fit for url shortening

We used Capsulink shortening service to send custom short links to users who need to verify their identity. We were very satisfied that we didn't have to invest in the development and maintenance of functionality but could simply use Capsulink API. It proved to be extremely useful to personalize every link by creating various redirect scenarios based on our customer's actions. As a result, we saved a lot of time and gained detailed analytics and reports.

Honestly, I haven't found anything that bothers me yet that I dislike.

My links are quite long so obviously, I am solving this problem by default. The best benefit I receive is their branded domain link capability. I create the best most marketable and credible short links using Capsulink.

It is a handy tool for anybody looking for smart shortened links

I use Capsulink for managing and making fully customized links to get more customers through the multiple link redirection destinations. There are various features in my arsenal, but I have been using only that one for the last 2 years. The best thing I like about Capsulink is in-depth insights into how my campaigns performing.
The price is very welcoming.

Capsulink is very good and extremely affordable for deep linking

My team has been using Capsulink universal links since day one. We use it to redirect users to our app and provide deep link content. Excellent for creating large numbers of trackable short links at a time with API. They have a very knowledgeable support team who go above and beyond to help. We have never had any issue with support response yet.

Enterprise level features at a small business price

I've been using URL shorteners for over 10 years, I've used the well-known tools (Bit.ly, Owl.ly, Tiny URL) and some lesser-known tools.

We've been using Capsulink for roughly 4 months and I am hugely impressed by the tool. It offers all of the services that you would expect and more.

Specifically, I was looking for a tool that offered deep linking so that if I am linking to a social media post it will open natively in the app.

Capsulink was the only tool I could find that offered this without charging an extortionate rate. The ability to add different behaviours depending on the user's device, location etc is hugely valuable in making sure my audience enjoys the best experience from my links.

I've raised three support tickets to raise questions all of which have been resolved with 24 hours. One was a future request which was added to their live product and working within 12 hours of asking for it which is the fastest I have ever experienced from SAS supplier.

I would 100% recommend Capsulink to anybody in need of a feature-rich URL shortening tool.

I don't normally have time to write reviews but am so impressed with them I felt obliged to let others know.

When Google announced it would no…

When Google announced it would no longer be supporting its link shortening application, Goo.gl, I tested several other sites that offered the same kind of functionality. I have to monitor the traffic for over 100 links so ease of use and accuracy were primary concerns. Capsulink turned out to be exactly what I needed. I've been using it for a couple of months now and it has completely lived up to my high expectations.

"I Used It For My Startup"

What do you like best about Capsulink?

For the very friendly price of 24$ per year we got all we needed to get started with our online communication. It was especially useful when we altered the name of the startup. Capsulink helped us to ensure that people who visit our old page are automatically taken to the new one. Also, we received notifications if broken pages appeared so we could solve that very fast and be sure that people who click on our links actually get where we want them to get.

What do you dislike about Capsulink?

You can get API only in the business package which is more expensive.

What problems is Capsulink solving and how is that benefiting you?

My company started actively communicating online and we needed a good URL shortener for our links to look professional and also to be branded with our company name (to raise awareness). We realized that not only Capsulink helps to create nice looking shortlinks but also gives us overview of who has clicked on our links. And the redirects and broken page notifications basically saved us when we altered our website’s name.
