Capshare is very straight forward and easy to use. Nothing complex about it.

"Analyze the Stock market like a Pro"

What do you like best?

CapShare gives you the power to quickly spot holders of shares and stock with just a click. You are also able to view the details of the holders just to offer more confidence and assurance. With a very supportive team always on the look out for client concerns, using CapShare becomes one of the best experiences with softwares and in particular, stock and shares software. The software also brings in very easy to use tools and buttons, and is itself very easy to install and work with.

What do you dislike?

It is however designed for private companies best.

CapShare is worth more than just a trial

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Analyzing stock is sometimes a tedious task. With CapShare however, this have been made incredibly easy, saving on so much time as well.

"Easy to use Software our Employees Love"

What do you like best?

The Realtime access to Cap table information and ability to make changes on demand. 409A valuation and Stock Comp Expense are great features that reduce the legal/consulting fees more than the total cost of the software (at least for us). Employees now see there stock options and vesting which they appreciate. Great addition to my financial stack

What do you dislike?

Lag time to make some changes in system can be frustrating but a minor complaint for a otherwise great system

Great Option is using excel. 409A and stock comp expense add huge value, make sure to include

Lack of visibility of options to employees and high legal expense paying for stock admin. We have brought stock admin in house saving legal fees, given employees a place to see their shares, and have a tool that allows us to be more efficient

What do you like best?

The ability to generate detailed cap tables in excel down to the shareholder holdings level

What do you dislike?

the system is slow. we have a large cap table and it will take upwards of 30 seconds to load

being able to export "audit ready" shareholder detail such as stock comp expense reports have saved our team time and money

What do you like best?

I like the fact that it doesn't only give me the ability to issue stock and engage, but also enough education about the market and what is currently happening.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes it can be a bit busy and somewhat confusing to navigate.

Definitely the lack of paper work that it needs and the ability to share access with shareholders.

The basic language used are very basic and easily understanable for new individuals, providing them a platform to learn and grow.

The amount of time required are sometime very tiring, the things are sometime pathetic.

"Easy to implement cap table software with great support"

What do you like best?

The ability to cut/paste data entry with Excel-like functionality made on-boarding very quick and painless. The ease of navigation around the program was intuitive making for quick searches and edits.

What do you dislike?

The online investor access was somewhat limited, as grouping investors was unavailable as were some basic customization, like displaying the % of overall ownership.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

High quality, yet simple to use Cap Table cloud-based software system. Very quick to on-board and enter data using cut & paste and other Excel spreadsheet-like functionality.

Upgrading the investor activity from Excel to a more professional record keeping and presentation tool

I appreciate the simplicity of the platform. It makes it easy to see what you have and what to expect in the future.

I don't have any complaints. It works as expected.

What do you like best?

Easy to use interface.

Provides great customer service.

Maintain records which are easy to access , use and update.

What do you dislike?

Had some problems while calculating stock.

Couldn't calculate formula based milestone vesting.

But Capshare was able to solve problems over time.
