"Big fan of Capdesk"

What do you like best?

Capdesk makes managing your cap table and issuing share options effortless, such a time saver. The platform also makes the share options less opaque for the team and Capdesk's secondaries feature has the potential to be a game changer. Great service in getting set up and ongoing.

Legal document deleted by Capdesk

I signed a legal document in Capdesk and the other party unilaterally decided to "cancel" it. Capdesk deleted the document. I asked customer services to send me a copy and they've told me they can't.

I would not trust this company to handle legal documents sensibly or securely.
