What do you like best about Canix?

I love that it works directly with Metrc. My favorite feature is that the batch for the item carries over into Metrc which makes it easier for our customers when purchasing product from us.

What do you dislike about Canix?

I don't like that it takes forever to sync Metrc data. There are also times where the saved templates we create don't stay and we have to redo the template view.

What problems is Canix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Canix is helping with automating steps that it takes to complete our orders. For example the transfer template and the adding of the manifest number onto the invoice.

Canix is incredibly easy to use and easy to navigate. So much better than other platforms I've used in the past!

What do you dislike about Canix?

Occasionally numbers are incorrect when attempting to pull monthly sales.

What problems is Canix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Canix makes it easy to place orders which isn't the case with most cannabiz platforms.

"Taking care and tracking product has never been easier"
What do you like best about Canix?

Cannix helps to incorporate all of our spreadsheets into a simple system to help us easily track our work flow. Integrating your COGs has never been easier. I would highly reccommend

What do you dislike about Canix?

Cannix could improve with their updating and synchronizing with Metrc. But i think that has to do more with METRC's side of things. But other than that I would highly reccomend

What problems is Canix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cannix has helped making receiving orders and creating tags much simpler. When creating bulk tags it is much easier to select from many products rather than individually clicking on each one.

What do you like best about Canix?

I love how tailored the software is into integrating with METRC. It makes alot of the overly complex, and painful tasks in METRC, smoother, faster, and easier for everyone who uses it. It also makes it easy to look at historic data at a glance to find whatever you may be looking for!

What do you dislike about Canix?

The random, odd bugs you tend to encounter. I have had so many random little issues that I couldn't even count. Most tend to be random and not come up again, but others have required me to reach out to Canix support, and submit tickets to have things fixed. With that in mind, support is FAST, and should be an example of how software support should be. If you also have any features you want added, they make it easy to submit them, and usually add the features everyone needs in a timely fashion!

What problems is Canix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Canix has made working with METRC far less of a hassle. Being able to create sales orders to help with invoicing clientss is a god send as something like that for METRC doesn't even exist. As well as being able to catalog and store your clients information for easy access, is super handy.

It has a steep learning curve and it is only as good as the data that you put into it. It is crucial to train your entire team.

What do you like best about Canix?

Canix stays up to date with latest compliance regulations and API's. You can actually do everything in canix and not have to go in metrc rarely. This is by far my favorite program to use with the BEST customer service!

What do you dislike about Canix?

Honestly nothing! Canix customer service is always super fast to fix any issues; they really help tailor your experience to be personal and how it can be used best for your company.

What problems is Canix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Faster harvests an work flows, and the ability for our owners and managers to see work flow at a high level and what tasks are being completed in real time. For compliance Canix has helped to cut down the time in Metrc and for posting and now just approving it all.
