Building test using Canditech is extremely simple for both non-technical and tech oriented personas. You can either select a premade tests built for multiple positions or create one your own from scratch. Evaluating candidates is now way faster and brings much better results!

We used Canditech to hire our employees on a large scale. Some of the candidates sit in various countries, so we used language skill-level tests and video responses to understand the candidate's language levels at an early stage in the process. As the AM role requires direct communication with our clients, a high level of English /different languages is required. We combined the language evaluation with our own tasks to test the candidates' technical skills, which is also an aspect of the role.
Because we are using Canditech to assess language skills in many other languages besides English, it would’ve been great if they also offered translation services. However, we translated our tests into the languages we needed or used video response questions where candidates answered prompts in their languages
We can now easily understand our candidates' language skill levels quickly and early on before moving forward with interviews.
Canditech has something called the Experts service, where you can actually upload your tests or meet with them about your tests. We were using our internal tests before Canditech, so it has been great to be able to just quickly send them the tests, have them built inside of our account, and even receive feedback on how to improve them.
We were hoping to be able to export the candidates test results for our internal purposes and also to provide the candidates with feedback. They let us know this is on their product roadmap.

I love that I can utilize the different test types (in particular, the coding and SQL tests) and pair them with personality and culture fit tests. The tests and test platform are great for filtering candidates in interview processes. The team behind it are also extremely helpful, they will often implement product changes in days following feedback, unlike other platforms where it feels like it's going into a blackhole.
