The speed of use while assisting guest is what I liked best
I wish it was already integrated into software where we didn't have to login externally
The benefit is more for the customer than it is for us. Customers spend less time at our desk and can get to their room happily and quickly.

Verification process is helpful in preventing fraudulent charges. Although nothing is foolproof, this is an excellent tool.

I enjoyed how easy it was to connect with all the support staff to make our transition to Canary. They also offer a tutorial for you and your team to hop onto and understand the program - which is very user friendly. Again, it continues to be seamless while connecting with Canary's team for any questions or concerns.

Prior to using canary, authorization forms had to be receive via fax machines due to PCI compliance issues. As anyone who lives in the modern era will tell you, getting non-corporate customers to send in authorization forms via fax often feels like it should require a time machine. This not only modernizes the process but also makes it quick and efficient.
There's nothing I don't love about the product. Even when I had issues logging in, their customer service reps were quick to handle the situation.
Canary has simplified our billing process significantly. That, in and of itself, is a huge benefit.
So simple to fill out the form, then copy and send the link for the client to fill out.
I would like to be able to see notes what the client is authorizing - room and tax only or all charges, and in some cases that the card is to be used for all that company's reservations for the remainder of the year.

Very simple to use! I like that we can print out the secure form, capturing the last 4 digits of the credit card.
We do group sales contracts. I suppose there should be an option on there for a direct bill application.
Sometimes I receive the deposit now before-e I receive the contract. That is refreshing.
