PROS: There are so many pros of using this product! The platform itself is great. I love how customizable it is. We typically offer and manage 50+ different camps and the ability to easily customize the product to meet each camp's requirements is simply incredible. I also love the range of available features - there are excellent reporting tools, great CampInTouch, and very helpful "parents portal". Above all, the people behind this product are amazing and ensure that their clients recieve only the best. They are knowledgeable (quickly answers our queries and fix platform issues ), caring and committed.

CONS: The platform is the only camp management software that offers an ability to generate income from each program. It's an amazing thing but the process is really difficult to handle. It's pretty intricate and detailed. But it is still one of the things that makes this tool different (and somehow better) from the rest of similar solutions. I also love the transparency of the team when it comes to financials as well as with other important things.

PROS: We used to organize our school camp using different software ( MBO, POS, Mailchimp, etc.) but now everything can be done with Campfinder. We can ask parents to fill out the forms and give them the updated schedule. We can also send emails without spending too much time.

CONS: Generally, some things could be improved for future use, but I can’t specifically point out. There are things I am unsure of but I can always rely on their customer support.

PROS: CampMinder is user-friendly software. The reports generated are tailored to the needs of each department. Their customer support is very friendly and knowledgeable.

CONS: Using it has so many benefits leaving no room for dislikes.

PROS: One thing that I like about this software is its report customization. It allows us to modify the content of the reports. There are also several options to choose from such as layout, and features.

CONS: It needs to improve their booking features. It does not allow booking by group or separate booking for children.

PROS: It is the biggest and most reliable means of getting customers/ client for any company who is organizing a summer camp.

CONS: I tried to schedule for a new batch and I found navigation a bit difficult especially for beginners, I wish they could make it user-friendly though their staff really offers great customer support.

PROS: I can log in as a parent in CampMinder which is a good thing because it gives me an idea on the things that they see and how they are supposed to understand as parents.

CONS: CampMinder is perfect. There is nothing to dislike about it, every feature is helpful.
