CampDoc's team is incredibly helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to complete our requests! Their software is easy to use and very intuitive! We are very exciting to role out this new platform with our families!

Some of the registration elements aren't as advanced as other platforms we have previously looked at. For example, CampDoc doesn't offer integrated background checks or the ability to send references through their platform.

Our old system was missing a lot of key elements that are vital for our camp performance. While we haven't had a camp season yet with using CampDoc, our team is already finding the new system much easier to use and we are hopeful that our families will feel the same!

The outstanding customer support and online resources available. Everyone at the DocNetwork team has been a pleasure to work with.

At this time I do not find anything about CampDoc that i dislike.

CampDoc has implemeted all of our suggestions in creating our summer camp registration.

CampDoc helped us organize the health information of our campers. It also streamlined the check in and check out process. Adding trusted contacts was appreciated by many caregivers. The customer support is also really helpful.

I'm still learning how to properly pull reports and make lists. There are several features, so it can take time to learn all the features to truly increase the experience to its best ability.

Camp Doc is minimizing our reliance on paper and removing the manual organization and destroying of personal information each summer. It is also making check in and check out more reliable and easier on our staff.

I love that CampDoc is a one-stop shop for our parents and guardians as they register for camp. It is also very user-friendly for us during program preperations. I can quickly access participant profiles to look at health profile information, approved pick up lists, and future registrations. It has helped us so much that our organization is increasing the use of DocNetwork and will now be using SchoolDoc for other educational programming.

I'm not sure if I would consider this a true downside, but there are so many features that CampDoc has that it does take a little while to learn everything. Their support team is amazing though, helping us learn everything we need and they frequently offer online webinars to learn new or updated features!

Before, our registration was in multiple pieces. Parents would go to one place to sign up, a second place to add health information and a third place for payment. With CampDoc we are able to have parents fill out all of this information and process all payments through one website. It has also helped us to raise money for our scholarship program. They have a wonderful donation feature where families who are able can donate a few extra dollars that then goes into our scholarship fund.

CampDoc software is thoughfully and functionally designed, serves our needs for multiple types of camps, and the customer support staff are wonderful to work with and always prompt in their replies.

Honestly, we haven't encountered negative sides to using CampDoc.

CampDoc allows our campers to register and provide all the personal, health, and preferences information and documentation we need from them, as well as adminstering payments, offering payment plans, and notifies campers if payments are due, and when payments are made.

The staff are super supportive and make it an easy process.

As someone who is not very computer savvy, the staff at CampDoc was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions in an efficient and timely manner. The video calls were amazingly helpful.

It makes the registration process seamless and allows us to track payment and health records.

First of all, the service is immediate and complete. I never have problems with CampDoc, but as it is a new program for us, I often ask how they do things. I get immediate responses with links to support pages and videos. Apart from that, the interface is easy to use and it's considerably cheaper than our previous software.

We have a unique camp, and there are only a few areas that don't match. They have ways of doing workarounds, and I wouldn't even really say these are dislikes. They are just different ways of solving a problem.

Everything is an online form. In the past, we had 500 families emailing, or snail mailing, us about 10 different forms that we spent dozens of hours scanning, renaming, and uploading. Now we feel like we are not doing things since it takes care of all that for us. Our old software made us put sheets on the wall explaining "if you want to do X, you have to go to menu B and look for option R." None of the menus made sense, but with CampDoc everything is easy to find.

CampDoc is a platform that best serves our medical camp because the integrations are easy for our staff to use, our volunteers to use, and our cardiologists to use. Additionally, the staff is friendly and responsive. Even better, CampDoc just keeps improving! They are always sharing helpful updates that make our lives easier. Thanks, CampDoc!

The reporting features in CampDoc are very detailed, which helps our medical camp immensely, but you just have to learn how to do it well first! Luckily, CampDoc has many helpful trainings on this and everything that you may have questions on.

CampDoc recently made a change in their editing software and it made making changes to our camp applications so easy! They also added an Attendance feature that we are excited to utilize this year.

literally nothing, They were able to creat our perfect form, we can make changes and they make our lives 1000 times easier!

we use to use paper medical forms and then used our own database that was rittled with issues. The Camp doc team created forms that work for us what we need and are so easy for parents. we see 30K kids a year, thts a lot of paper saved and a lot of parents who dont need to call because they can do the form on their own.

It's a super organized system, and CampDoc has incredibly responsive staff that walk you through every step of the way, from setting up pre-season, rolling out registration, to ongoing questions, problem solving, and changes if needed.

I can't think of anything. The changes I've wanted to make were able to be made by getting in touch with my account management team. They've been great!
