It allows for me to plan my business calls better, I'm able to see and monitor who I'm calling and who is calling me. If there's a spam contact, I'm notified,
I haven't seen many features that I haven't enjoyed, I can see accessibility being an issue for some folks.
I'm able to track phone calls and use the analytic tools to help track recordings, which is so helpful for large projects and campaigns.
CallView 360 has helped make my job easier by providing thorough reports that show Everything i needed to know about my incoming and outgoing calls as well as providing recordings in the event they were needed

There is no trial version, and it's a bit expensive too. A skeptical person would not put money to buy unless he knows someone who is using it.

Dial 800's CallView 360 provides lots of data and is extremely intuitive, which is something important to me as I tend to try and feel/learn platforms out rather than watch any instructional videos or go through orientations. Also helps to have fantastic employees at Dial800 who make everything super easy
