Callroot are exceptional at what they do

USD only pricing structure. It would be great if Callroot could diversify their pricing structure to be more competitive in other currencies

What do you like best about CallRoot?

Helps in collecting information about the caller for building the data analytics for the future usage. The team can send automatic regards message to the customers upon finishing the call.

What do you dislike about CallRoot?

workflow modification for the various options such as SMS, emails etc needs some traning to perform. Ability to add multiple notes to a call is having its own limitation.

What problems is CallRoot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking and registering the calls and details for future analysis to build a data base.Possiblity to track a call using multiple keyword therby reducing time and effort for the process.

What do you like best about CallRoot?

Slightly more affordable compared to the industry leaders, though you give up features and direct integreations for that luxury.

What do you dislike about CallRoot?

Javascript code did not work at first and required a custom addition from Customer Service. The response times and helpfulness of the CS team were lacking. My messages would sometimes take days (weeks, in one case) to receive a less-than helpful response. Even canceling the account requires reaching out to the CS team - it's simply not possible from within the account platform.

Recommendations to others considering CallRoot:

Compare with the larger vendors out there (Call Rail or Call Tracking Metrics) to find better support and integreations. They offer the same dynamic phone generation and tracking, along with more features.
